Don't Turn Out the Lights WorkingClass, There's Lots of Work to be Done

    in Politics Progressive

Workingclass delivered a blow to the economy and now we can't wait until next election. We have to go to work now. Workingclass either voted Republicans or failed to cast a vote

Dont turn out the lights workingclass, there's still lots of work to be done.

Workingclass still have to deal with the same issues

Workingclass actually found reason to put the republicans, who brought down the economy 2001-2008, back in control of the senate and legislative bodies across America. After knowing the republicans have not passed any bills in congress to benefit working class since President Obama has been in office.

Workingclass actually found reason to put the republicans in control, knowing the Republicans has been paid the last 6 years by tax payers and Republicans have actually made no laws, negotiated no policies which have benefited workingclass people.

Workingclass have shown they have no idea how government works

Workingclass must write out a list of the issues that are keeping them the working poor and then these issues must be brought before Republicans and Democrats and results must be delivered.

Workingclass must be able to identify verifiable results month to month, now through Election 2015. If results are not delivered, workingclass must begin to purge all politicians who cannot or will not find ways to deliver a better economy to every American.

Workingclass must get organization because giving Republicans rule is giving ALEC rule, and ALEC care only about litigation, regulation, taxation and none of these favors workingclass.

Organize in groups based on specific needs of that group. Then follow these steps:

    1.Discuss specific issues

    2.Analyze each issue

3.Plan necessary activities that leads to a solution

    Lights Out

    in Health

    SHOW DESCRIPTION:

Have you ever wondered just how important sleep is? How sleep plays a role in everything that we do? Our internal clocks are governed by seasonal variations in light and dark; extending daylight artificially leads to a craving for sugar, especially concentrated, refined carbohydrates that, in turn, cause obesity. More seriously, lack of sleep inhibits the production of prolactin and melatonin—deranging our immune systems and causing depression, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Tune in this week as the author of Lights Out TS Wiley joins me to share with you everything you need to know about sleep. How to and why to.

    GUEST BIO: sleep

T.S. Wiley is the author of "Lights Out: Sleep, Sugar and Survival, ". Wiley succinctly and logically argues that electricity and the light bulb put us out of sync with nature as the ultimate "endocrine disruptors". People spent summers, before electric lights, sleeping less and eating heavily in preparation for winter because the light triggered the hunger for carbohydrates. Now, light is available 24 hours a day. Heating and air-conditioning climate control our hormonal responses to consume carbohydrates now available year round. This is the scenario for obesity, Type II diabetes, and depression. In Wiley's opinion, sleep is the best medicine. Her newest work in process is "Manthropology", exploring how medicine and modern life are killing men.
