"Lightning Riders" is a chapter book story for early readers. Main target: Boys.
I'm looking for a literary agent.
In this blogcast I will read the first few chapters.
I will be attending the NJSCBWI conference in Princeton in June to get more more feedback on my story and to learn as much as I can about the industry.
Thanks for listening...and enjoy the ride!
At IBEX 2012, Jim Coté (Coté Marine LLC, Coral Springs, Florida) will be sharing the latest information on lightning protection, including new thinking about placement of system grounding points, and he'll give you a fresh look at early streamer emission (ESE) devices and the level of their validity. During this week's ProBoat Radio show, we'll talk about what's on the shelf now for lightning protection, and what's on the horizon. Got questions? Send them before showtime to email@example.com.
Podcast recap of the Detroit Red Wings road showdown against Steve Yzerman's Tampa Bay Lightning.

Riverside: A related fire was contained at the Harvey-Lynn substation located in the La Sierra area of the city.
From the great state of Alaska comes AK Lightning. He joins us on the eve of a big Alaska Pro Wrestling event. After that he makes the trip down to the lower 48 so that he can compete in the AIWF World Cruiserweight Title tournament. AK Lightning is extremely skilled as a high flyer and can wrestle on the mat as well. He is trying to make his mark on the wrestling world and may be at the most important juncture of his career. Find out how AK is preparing for his big show in Anchorage and his thoughts on the huge trip down to Washington the following week.
KUDZOO welcomes two very different, and very interesting bands to the program. Carolina exports Pinetop Lightning have a smokin' Southern rock sound that blends old school influences with their own originality. Excellent songs like "Jericho" with its social commentary make them even more interesting. We also welcome AxeHammerSaw from the great state of Texas. It's a three-piece group that features our old buddy Billy Eli on guitar and vocals, accomponied by Erin Keyfitz, a great female vocalist/saw player, and Jerry Hagins, a masterful banjo picker. It's Americana at it's best. Billy calls it "antebellum Southern Rock." I call it fun. Join us!
Join Sam Garcia Jr and Tyler Johnson as they get to speak with Matt Pederson about 2 topics he is passionate about.
Is now a Sr. Editor of AMAZONAS and CORAL Magazines, as well as an Associate Publisher with the parental company, Reef To Rainforest Media, LLC.
Matt has been a marine aquarist for 27 years, and an aquarist for 32+. After spending time on every side of the aquarium industry (retail, commercial and private maintenance & installation, wholesale, importing and hatchery work), he currently considers himself a "professional hobbyist" - when pressed, he would tell you he is not really part of the aquarium industry these days, but part of the publishing industry!
Most recently, Matt has currently spawned 28 species of marine fish, successfully raising 10 of them to date including one worldwide first (the Harlequin Filefish, Oxymonacanthus longirostris), as well as attempted another 6 invertebrate species to date. Matt’s extensive experience with freshwater fish was primarily focused on Rift Lake Cichlids in the 1990’s, but in the last 2 years has focused on the genus Pterophyllum (Angelfish) as well as Betta species and domesticated forms.
In 2009, Matt was awarded "Aquarist of the Year" honors by both IMAC West and MASNA in recognition of his accomplishments and contributions to the marine aquarium hobby. Matt continues to contribute to the aquarium hobby to this day. His articles have been published in Coral, Koralle, Practical Fish Keeping, Marine Habitat, Reef Hobbyist Magazine, Reefs.com, Advanced Aquarist, Reef Builders, Reef2Rainforest.com, and most recently, Amazonas Magazine.
He currently sits on the MBI (Marine Breeding Initiative) Council, a project dedicated to bringing the concept of a unified Marine Breeder's Award Program to hobbyist organizations across the country and around the globe.

It's a pretty jam packed episode of the G3 Podcast tonight. After the hosts finish "What are you playing" (which should take less than 45 minutes this time,) we jump into Bravely Default. Now that the game's out, what do our hosts think? Is this the best RPG on the Nintendo 3DS? Where does it stack on our favourites lists? Matt gave it a near perfect score at Best Buy Canada, and said it continues to get better the more he plays it. What about the rest?
Matt's Review can be read by clicking here
After that, we launch into a discussion about the Titanfall Beta. Adam has been playing the Titanfall Beta, and has a few things to say about it. Will all the hype be worth it come March 11th?
We'll also get his thoughts on the recently released Final Fantasy XIII: Lightning Returns. You may have to wait till 2035 to play Final Fantasy XV at this rate, but at least the story for Final Fantasy XIII will be done right?
We'll also talk about the Flappy Bird drama. After Matt asked for a ban of Flappy Bird talk last week, the drama that's followed has left us wanting to discuss. Who has played Flappy Bert?
We'll then close out by talking about EA's Mobile App Gem packages ($99 for half a room in Monopoly Hotels??) and some of the games left to come this month, including Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, Thief, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and the Professor Layton title. Big things this show!
