Dr. Mario Castellanos: Understanding The Differences in your Chronic Pelvic Pain

    in Health

Join our original "Pelvic Messenger" Elisabeth Oas, as she interviews Dr. Mario Castellano of Phoenix Arizona. He is here to discuss some of the underlying causes of the biggest diagnoses chronic pelvic pain patients deal with. While many of us, have IC, Endo, Pudendal Neuralgia and more...we also often might have other diagnoses going on we are unaware of, that are either mimicking these bigger players or making them worse. In either case treating these other diagnoses is important to feeling better!! I think we can all agree that being able to recognize the subtle differences in our pelvic pain can be hard, especially when everything is hurting at once. Tune into this show to help yourself with gaining the insight on how to do this!!

Dr. Castellanos expertise includes pudendal neuralgia, pelvic congestion syndrome, pelvic floor muscle spasms, interstitial cystitis, and pain related to vaginal mesh procedures. He has special skills in pudendal nerve decompression surgery, ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks, and Botox trigger point injections. He is also a fellowship trained minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon for the treatment of complex pelvic pathology and pelvic pain.

He has presented at national congregations and published on various topics related to chronic pelvic pain. He is an active member of the AAGL and the International Pelvic Pain Society. It was his research and work presented at the 2014 IPPS annual conference, that inspired us to have him on the show! Discussing these very complicated and critical topics can make a world of difference for the overall well being for the patient living with pelvic pain.

A discussion about the differences and similarities between Oral Traditions

    in Spirituality

A discussion about the differences and similarities between Oral Traditions and Written traditions and Initiatory vs self styled traditions.

In both the ATRs and European Pre-Christian religions a great deal of knowledge and wisdom has been passed down from our ancestors but sometimes only fragments remain. Some traditions have been sifted from these fragments and pieced back together yet some traditions have stayed relatively intact.

Many European traditions eventually saw a need to write down what had previously been oral traditions where the ATRs mostly remained oral traditions.

Tonight we discuss those differences, similarities and more.

CPAC - Conservatives Pushed Aside Conjob

    in Politics Conservative

From dueling ‘conservative’ conferences to ‘shutdown’ showdowns to 2016 hopes and dreams of conquest, chaos and conflicts – the show must go on. And rest assured, it is a show, it is a fraud, it is merely psychological theater. It matters little who the POTUS is when the ‘choices’ are always selected by the corporatist oligarchy. Even if you manage a little rebellion, one chief executive is incapable of reigning in the federal monstrosity. The Big Government bureaucracy rolls on like a perpetual-motion machine for the benefit of those who dwell in the shadows. Back and forth, up is down, right is left and left is right, hit the lights, queue the score–IT IS SHOW TIME...fade to black.

CPAC once helped thrust Reagan to a conservative landslide when New Deal progressivism seemed to be the permanent state of affairs. True conservatives are pushed aside at this conference and manipulated into supporting RINOs with an imperial agenda in this sham of an electoral process.

Tyranny shall persist UNLESS liberty-loving people band together to restore Constitutional governance for a free and virtuous nation from your own neighborhood on up to DC. Restore The Constitutional Militia of the Several States, sound money, free economies, religious and civil liberties as well as a sensible foreign policy of non-interventionist defense backed up by the most powerful Navy and Marines. Now is the last chance to stop those who perpetuate a hegemonic empire abroad and a fascist police state at home.  To defeat the lawless hordes of Cultural Marxists, fascists, oligarchs, kleptocrats, useful idiots and their fellow travelers especially the Democrat-socialists, first you MUST CRUSH the Neocon RINOs. . .for liberty!

Phony Patriotism & Conservatives & Ben Carson and The Bigot GOP, plus Obamacare

    in Politics Progressive

So Natioal Review editor Rich Lowry wrote a column that says conservatives are more patriotic than liberals, something tells me this chicken-hawk wouldn't say that to my face.

Plus, Ben Carson should be done in American politics, yet the racist right-wing will hold on him tight.

And...Conservatives are more afraid of winning their Supreme Court case against Obamacare than winning it

Open Doors To The Urban Community For Conservatives

    in Politics Conservative

Often times I hear White conservatives tell me about the issues in the Urban community.  Most times I try not to pay too much attenion to what they are saying, because it makes me sad and angry.  Today I am going to hit on  a few points that show where the doors to discussion and agreement are WIDE open for conservatives in the Urban communty.

Today we hit n the big issues, education and immigration.  We are also going to spend some times on restoration of rights and ecomomic opportunity.
