So tonight I am going to look at the philosophy of war and the progression from war to defense and prepare the way for me to discuss war as legalized murder with an actual combat war veteran.

Legalized abortion has changed the culture. In the old days, a wife had no rights to decide a when she would give birth, and may have 8, 9, 10 children. Today we'll examine a few situations.
Had someone told Cheri Sicard back in back in 1996, when California’s Prop 215 first legalized marijuana for medicinal use, that she would become entrenched in the cannabis movement and become a well known marijuana activist, she would not have believed them. Other than the rare toke at a party, Cheri didn’t use marijuana. It wasn’t until she was in her late 30’s when her doctor suggested she try cannabis to help with a chronic medical problem, that the herb became a permanent fixture in her life.
In the course of about 6 months Cheri went from the typical closeted American marijuana smoker to an outspoken cannabis advocate, and she hasn’t looked back since. She works with numerous marijuana reform groups and can frequently be found organizing rallies, speaking at city council meetings, and giving classes on various aspects of marijuana, as well as advocating for clemency efforts for prisoners serving life sentences for nonviolent marijuana offenses.
Cheri’s Cannabis Gourmet Cookbook (2012, Z-Dog Media) is one of the most popular and well reviewed books of its kind. Her new book, Mary Jane: The Complete Marijuana Handbook for Women (Seal Press) has been garnering great reviews in the world of cannabis and in the mainstream press as well.
Prior to entering the world of cannabis, Cheri worked as a professional writer, recipe developer, and internet entrepreneur. Her passions for patriotism and country can be found in her earlier books The Great American Handbook (2002 Berkley Trade Editions); U.S. Citizenship for Dummies (2003 Wiley); and Everyday American (2008 Bookspan).
Going back even further, Cheri spent her childhood and early adult years as a professional circus performer, magician and mentalist, jobs that allowed her to travel extensively around the country and the world.
The 14th amendment Civil Rights law of the United States constitutation, when read in coherent context, does not reinvent the intrinsic conjugal female and male union. It does not in any way intimate that a reason was extant to warrant a law that broaden and extend marriage beyond the reproductive design of woman and man. In a 5-4 decision penned by Justice Anthony Kennedy and joined by the court's liberal wing, the Supreme Court legalized same-sex marriage across the entire country Friday morning. Legalizing same-sex weddings isn't just a threat to traditional marriage for Scalia. Nay, it is a sign of democracy's downfall. Also he goes out of his way to bash fellow justices as pretentious poets. Scalia said; The opinion is couched in a style that is as pretentious as its content is egotistic
