Vaccine Exemptions, Waivers, Legal Pitfalls and Corruption
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) recently claimed that since all children of like ages who have been given multiple vaccinations do not get Autism; this proves that vaccinations and incidences of autism have no relationship.
Along comes Paul Offit, MD who backs the CDC's claim saying multiple, simultaneous vaccines are not harmful. He does forget to mention that he is strongly entrenched in the profit side of vaccinations.
What can you do to protect your loved ones from such blatant misrepresentations? Join Sharry & Richard on SoundHealthOptions.com as they speak with Alan Phillips, JD, and author of The Authoritative Guide to Vaccine Legal Exemptions. Legal Ease 101!
Why is it not okay to take your real property without compensating you for it, but, whatever you create can be taken without offering you compensation for that value? A "Silent Partner" invests in a business to help it grow and will expect a return on their investment. Would a Loud Partner be one who takes and doesn't contribute value in exhcange? Why should those who have bankrupted a country be allowed to be Loud (heard), continue "takings" or have our respect? Do laws get created, based on higher-causes, so we think there is a need for lawyers and lawmakers? Could you operate, and be good, without them? Call Me -- Let's Chat!

The Legal Side of Concussions
Today parents, athletes and sport associations are caught up in a concussion conundrum! While education and awareness about concussions is attracting more attention, the legal path of concussive incidents is one seldom ventured or understood.
Now, policies, products, rules and the law are beginning to address the issue head on (pun intended). States, provinces and countries are looking to establish legal guidelines regarding who should be responsible for the athletes and their safety. “While the National Football League (NFL) has made several sweeping changes to its player safety regulations over the last decade, Dr. Robert Cantu, of Sport Legacy Institute, said those standards aren’t being replicated in youth football”
It’s time for the nation to wake up and demand that those in charge of full-contact youth sports be held accountable. Parents of aspiring young football players need assurance that the safety of their children, ages five to fourteen, is a priority. It may be time for parents to demand changes to the rules and policies in youth football for whenever a child suffers a head injury. Katherine “Price” Snedaker and Paul Anderson share their knowledge on how the law and how concussions can affect you and your kids. Listen or call in LIVE on Wednesday May 8, @ 7PM EST at BEYONDtheCheers on blogtalkradio. Dial-in TOLL FREE 1-877-357-2448 in Canada and United States to ask a question, or email in advance.

A Wharton School graduate, David is the former Chair of Wharton’s worldwide alumni association board. He is a frequent public speaker, seminar leader and counsel on issues unique to small and midcap companies. He has appeared on Bloomberg TV and National Public Radio and been quoted in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, The New York Law Journal, The Deal, Forbes, Entrepreneur, CFO magazine and others.
