    marijuana happy hour

    in Comedy

his morning i was reading and came across that Nebraska is suing Colorado over marijuana.

In a statement and subsequent news conference Thursday, Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning said Colorado's marijuana legalization has adversely affected his state. Colorado pot is turning up in Nebraska, he said, resulting in an increase in marijuana-related arrests on his state's western border.

"Nebraska taxpayers have to bear the cost," Bruning said, in comments reported by the Omaha World-Herald. "We can't afford to divert resources to deal with Colorado's problem."

"Federal law undisputedly prohibits the production and sale of marijuana," Bruning added in a statement. "Colorado has undermined the United States Constitution, and I hope the U.S. Supreme Court will uphold our constitutional principles."

im going on record i hate Nebraska!! when i was there 3 years ago on the mhh tour i got arrested twice for marijuana. your attorney general is a assclown who is ignorant and has no interest in facts. spending your tax dollars arresting people smoking marijuana is just plain stupid and unnecessary.

i live in california and i get my weed delivered to my door legally everyday and have lost focus that in Nebraska people are in fear of going to jail over a harmless plant and the cancer patients face prison terms for treating there illness

i have decided to move to Nebraska and head up there dysfunctional normal offices and i will get marijuana legalization on the ballot for 2016 and also put john brunning out of office

Nebraska we are coming to help because this lawsuit is the last straw Colorado will not be bullied by some ignorant farmer who's only excuse for marijuana being illegal is that he is old school

    Should Marijuana Be Legal?

    in Politics

Tonight on It's Real Talk Radio, the Panel will be discussing Marijuana and if it should legal to smoke. Ever since we can remember, US Citizens have been thriving to have a bill passed making it legal to possess and smoke Marijuana (not just for medical reasons but in general). As we all know, about half of the states in the U.S. have made it legal to smoke Marijuana for medical purposes only. Of course that means you need to make the list of illnesses that would grant you that privilege along with your doctor's approval.

As of now, without a medical slip, Marijuana is illegal to smoke or even possess in all states excluding Colorado & Washington State which so far are the only 2 U.S. States to legalize the use of Recreational Marijuana. The question we're asking each other and all of our listeners tonight is "Should Recreational Marijuana be legal in all states?"

This will definitely make for an interesting show, so make sure you tune in (especially you Marijuana smokers). To catch the live show by phone dial 347-838-9540 and dial 1 if you have a question or comment for the hosts; otherwise, continue to hold and listen to the live broadcast.

Horror Flick Inspires Marijuana Strain & Alaska Initiative Endangered

    in News

All the way from Alaska, the show’s first guest is Chris Rempert from The Campaign to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol. The measure would make the possession of marijuana legal in Alaska for adults 21 or older and would establish a regulated system of marijuana cultivation and sales allowing for possession of one ounce and the cultivation of three flowering plants and the three immature plants.

Initially support was high but has slipped recently to 50%. Chris will report on how the campaign is going, take a look at why there has been a decline in support and the programs they are undertaking to reverse the decline and get numbers back up to where they were a month ago.

Movie-tie-ins to promote a corporation’s products are ubiquitous. From Iron Man and Burger King to Transformers and Chevrolet, the tie-ins are designed to push the movie and the product before a bedazzled public. In what must qualify as one of the most brazen movie tie-ins ever, Kevin Smith’s newest horror film Tusk has teamed up with the Los Angeles based medical marijuana dispensary Buds and Roses to produce two specialty strains of marijuana inspired by the movie.

The film is a tangled web of circumstances in which a man is transformed into a walrus. The relation of marijuana to the events of the film is about the same as the relation between Iron Man and a Whopper, but like the Burger King tie-in, it’s a marketing sensation. Rising to the challenge, the Buds and Roses geneticists have created two new strains “Tusk” and “White Walrus.” The show’s second guest, Buds and Roses operator Aaron Justin reveals why the marijuana tie-in, how they went about developing two new strains and how this truly off-the-wall horror film inspired them to create these two new strains.
