Have you ever co-led a program or project with another leader, and walked away thinking, never again? Do you dread having to collaborate, with the sub-text, I just wish I could have done this on my own?
The Parachute Project, designed by Joss Rowlands and John Breeze, was born from a co-leading experience during the prestigious Coaches Training Institute’s Leadership program.
In keeping with their own greater purpose of bringing co-leadership into the world, Joss and John work with leadership partners to help them embrace the experience of creating meaningful relationship, collaboration and intimacy. This opens them up to the joy of co-leadership, which expands their own influence as leaders in their own worlds.
John Breeze is a recovering engineer who’s now in his fourth (or so) career and believes he may have finally got it right! John trained with the Coaches Training Institute’s coaching program, then embraced the Leadership program. He’s been involved in various ways with the coaching and leadership community in the last five years and was recently recruited into the Co-Active Leadership Co-Ambassador team. John works with business owners and creative self-directed professionals, helping them harness their unique strengths and talents to build a thriving business and take responsibility for their lives.
Joss Rowlands is a CTI coaching grad, CPCC, and Co-Active Leadership grad. Her focus is self-mastery in the areas of intensity, complexity and drive. She brings the results (and mis-steps) of this to mentoring coaches and leaders in transition. Joss embraces the concept of Leaders holding responsibility for their worlds, while noting that these self-same words promote diversity and individuality and a greater need for the inter-dependence of spirit.

In this episode of the JRNYMN Conference Call with Sean Pronger, brought to you by JRNYMN Wear and C3 Development & Representation, former Calgary Flames forward and 1989 Stanley Cup Champion Colin Patterson joins Sean on the call to reminisce and share stories.
After attending Clarkson University, Colin signed with the Flames as a free agent and made his NHL debut in 1983. Joining a team that was on its way to becoming a powerhouse in the Campbell Conference and NHL, he shut down the opposition's best offensive players throughout his 10 seasons in the league. The Flames lost a hard-fought series in the Stanley Cup Final to the Montreal Canadians in 1986, but in 1989, it was Calgary's turn to lift the Cup in victory.
Did you know that the Flames were the only team to defeat the Montreal Canadians on Montreal Forum ice and win the Stanley Cup? Colin not only discusses those two Finals and the "ghosts of the Forum", he also reveals the answer to a 25-yeal old mystery - who made the mistake of pranking Lanny McDonald on one of his worst days?
A great episode for hockey fans that remember the Smythe Division of the 1980's, you don't want to miss this episode of the JRNYMN Conference Call!
In this episode of the JRNYMN Conference Call with Sean Pronger, brought to you by JRNYMN Wear and C3 Development & Representation, former NHLer and current member of the Columbus Blue Jackets broadcast team Jody Shelley joins the Conference Call.
A real fan-favourite everywhere he played, and a great teammate, Jody Shelley played his first NHL game during the 2000-01 season and had 10 penalty minutes in that game. He would go on to pick up a few more (1,538) playing for the Blue Jackets, San Jose Sharks, New York Rangers and Philadelphia Flyers.
In this week's call, Jody and Sean share a few stories and memories, talk about the up and coming Columbus Blue Jackets organization and Jody's Golf Fore Health tournament, which is held each year in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia in support of the Yarmouth Regional Hospita.
A former teammate of Sean's in Columbus, as well as Chris Pronger in Philadelphia, Jody also weighs in on who his favourite Pronger brother is... Don't miss this exciting episode of the JRNYMN Conference Call with Sean Pronger!
