This week on Healing from Within, we are joined by April Lark. She uses Russian Gypsy cards to do her readings. They have vibrant, nature-based images and she uses these images in different patterns to foresee the future. No two patterns are the same and no two readings will ever be the same. She also does palmistry using a mixture of Chinese and European modalities. She is here to tell us all about her gifts and experiences.
She's known to many around the world as Lisa from the hit show on TV SAVED BY THE BELL, but actress Lark Voorhies is so much more than that one show. Over she years she's made a name for herself as an actress, recording artist and creative force that is not afraid to speak her mind. She talks with Conversations LIVE host Cyrus Webb about her journey in the industry, what it's been like to grow up in the public and what to look out for next.
At age of 11, Lark Voorhies appeared on Small Wonder. Lark later starred as Lisa Turtle in Good Morning, Miss Bliss, the predecessor to NBC's popular teen series Saved by the Bell. She later had roles in Days of Our Lives and In the House, and starred as Jasmine Malone in The Bold and the Beautiful.
Lark also appeared in several music videos, such as Kenny Lattimore's "Never Too Busy," Dru Hill's "These are The Times," and Boyz II Men's "On Bended Knee." She also appeared in commercials for Head and Shoulders shampoo and Oxy 10. She continues to act and manage her production company.
Lark will join Take 2 Radio on Friday, September 5th at 8pm eastern for a chat!
