Childhood often establishes how one behaves in a relationship, and because we have all been hurt, by someone in some point in our lives, how can we forgive that and move past it?
Williamson urges her readers to leave their past behind and to trust that there is somebody that is right for everyone, someone who will be exactly what that
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Q Take long soaking baths with soft music and candles. I personally watch Frasier on Netflix while taking baths. It tickles my funny bone and I feel upbeat and happy after a long day. Going to sleep with happy thoughts will set you up for a better day tomorrow.
Q Walk. Get out and walk when you are feeling low. Put a smile on your face, even if you have to force it. Put one foot in front of the other and observe your surroundings. Notice the plants, count how many different kinds of flowers you see, even in winter there is beauty all around. Nature is our closest ally, because we are nature itself in a human expression.
Q Say hello to someone you don’t know. Just a smile and a quick acknowledgment of someone will put you on the path to happy. We all need someone to smile at us.
Q Keep the Gratitude list going, expand it, review the what your wrote before. SMILE, cause you can…

2. Have some books on hand that will uplift you with a life giving message.
Take time to browse though any large bookstore in their Self Help or Spiritual sections, for just the right words to help you feel inspired.
3. Be Creative. Get your creative juices going by painting, drawing, Zentangle, sewing, knitting, whatever tickles your fancy. While at the bookstore browse though the Arts and Crafts section and start that new project you know you have been waiting to do. NOW is the time. Our FaceBook page is Jumping For Joy. Leave a message and we will be happy to help you get started.

Today I will do a show on my “kit” for bow hunting and why I carry what I carry. This will not include the basic items I carry for any trip to the woods, you know basic survival stuff like water, food, etc.
I am going to stick just to my kit for archery hunting, I will say a bit on the bow too, but most of that will be on a later show. I will also talk about the type of knife I like for deer hunting, even though you always carry a knife. Due to how flipping busy I am this week, todays show will be a little shorter than typical.
