This week Lauren and Michelle are starting with an Inspirational Tool Kit that will get you through the Holidays. Many people get the blues at this time of year and the next 4 shows will be focused on helping you be inspired toward a happy and joy filled attitude.
Week 1 - Nov 16th
1. Have a list of friends to call when things get rough though this time. People with a known track record of being upbeat and positive and agree to take your all any time. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of us will contact you right away.
2. Have some books on hand that will uplift you with a life giving message.
Take time to browse though any large bookstore in their Self Help or Spiritual sections, for just the right words to help you feel inspired.
3. Be Creative. Get your creative juices going by painting, drawing, Zentangle, sewing, knitting, whatever tickles your fancy. While at the bookstore browse though the Arts and Crafts section and start that new project you know you have been waiting to do. NOW is the time. Our FaceBook page is Jumping For Joy. Leave a message and we will be happy to help you get started.
4. Start a Gratitude list. This is a list of all the things you are grateful for in your life. Keep it simple and refer to it daily. Write out a new list as you get inspired

Today I will do a show on my “kit” for bow hunting and why I carry what I carry. This will not include the basic items I carry for any trip to the woods, you know basic survival stuff like water, food, etc.
I am going to stick just to my kit for archery hunting, I will say a bit on the bow too, but most of that will be on a later show. I will also talk about the type of knife I like for deer hunting, even though you always carry a knife. Due to how flipping busy I am this week, todays show will be a little shorter than typical.

John Lennon was never happy with his voice. He was constantly beggin George Martin to double track it or work wonders with it. And George accomadated him.
But once John became a solo musician, he found new ways to "work magic" in his songs. He began to turn to catch phrases and tricky patterns of rhythm to hook the listener. We call these "ear worms." They're the lines in a song that you can't quite get out of your head, even when the song is long over.
Tonight, join Jude and her very special guest, Dr. Kit O'Toole (Contributing Editor of BeatleFan Magazine and author of two upcoming books in 2015) as they discuss the gimmicks and techniques John Lennon used to make his songs so memorable! From "Power to the People" to "John Sinclair," we'll examine his most popular, clever, and contagious ear worms.

Good people have given themselves over to their appetites for instant gratification. Don't you do it! Don't you give in to the food god. Make sure you have your survival kit with you everywhere you go!
