Ergonomics goes past just getting a great chair. Conny will share infomration to educate on this importnat topic. Conny is the owner and President of an ergonomic specialty organization, a nationwide consulting company with over 40 consultants that she established in 1995. She has worked as a consultant on ergonomics, health and wellness, rehabilitation, and return-to-work issues for insurers and private sector businesses for over 20 years. Conny also has an admirable track record as an educator to other health professionals and corporations. She was identified by the Institute for Work and Health, the research arm of The Worker’s Safety and Insurance Board, as an Educational Influential in Ontario.
Conny Glenn is the first and current President of the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, who recently began regulating kinesiologists. Conny has been active within the profession since 1999 working to achieve regulation. She was the Executive Director and Past President of the Ontario Kinesiology Association from 2003 to 2007.

Who is God? What is God? Call in at (347) 945-7680 and share your thoughts. In this segment we deal with the task of uncovering the identity of “God”. We use the word so often, even after our exodus from orthodox religions but, certain terminology seems to always remain. Is this because of religious programming or is there something divine and ancient about the terminology used in religious buildings and culture. When dealing with the concept and idea of “God” can we come to absolutes or is every definition measured by ones current perceptual reality. Sharing a common understanding of “God” allows for the foundation of community to be laid. Within a family model, the unified definition of “God” is taught and confirmed in order to insure family unity. This also allows the family to share in ritual and worship to who or what they consider to be their kin's deity. This worship can be formal or informal but, it crates a set of rules and civil accountability at a very young age. All too often this doctrine is taught through fear and stories of destruction as a result for leaving the path of the righteous (Little Red Riding Hood). This mythology centers around the concepts and ideas of the laws and love offered through the relationship with the communal god-head. Is there one God? Is there a high God? When we refer to God do we typically know who or what we’re referring to or are we parroting an understanding ingrained into us in our adolescence. Family Day Prayer Breakfast

I was a chaplain's assistant in the Army and one of the biggest events next to memorial services and Easter were prayer breakfasts. (Now don't get all jittery on me it doesn't matter your religous affiliation we all can use a kind thought or gesture sent our way sometime.)
Now that I'm out of the Army I really miss those prayer breakfast gatherings. Everyone no matter there beliefs would come together hear a few words of encouragement and usually an inspiring testimony and enjoy some good ole Army chow before going to face another day in Iraq. Somehow after that the tasks didn't seem so dreadful.
As I grow In The Name of Love Foods I hope to continue the spirit of the prayer breakfast through Family Day Prayer Breakfast. There's nothing like family it's so important that we create one if we don't have blood kin around it strenghtens us as individuals to be apart of a nurturing group and to feel like we belong and are wanted.
We open up the show with a short prayer for everybody's family and if you don't have family well then you are apart of In The Name of Love Foods family. Callers are encouraged to call in and give a praise report, wish somebody a happy birthday, brag on their granbaby, honor roll student, tell a funny joke, give thanks for a healing send words of encouragement, tell somebody job well done. Whatever you have on your heart that is of a joyful nature spread the love people.
Then it's promo time, I will be talking about meals that I will be cooking for the week and posting videos on youtube. Any events that I have going on I will be talking about that.
