My guest is Bob Stahl, Ph.D. who answers the question "What is mindfulness?" and discusses how mindfulness would help living better with Parkinson's. As explained on his website [www.mindfulnessprograms.com]:

Recently I was asked to teach meditation to a group of underprivileged middle school kids in El Paso, Texas who are in the chess club.
The chess club team was going to the Texas State chess championship and they were intimidated by other chess teams. I taught them mindful meditation which helped them separate a given experience from an associated emotion which helped them to focus their awareness on the present moment.
Listen in to the techniques that can help to curb kids' impulsivity, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. The chess club ended up winning state and are headed to nationals!

Just Breathe is a retreat for your soul.
...gathering together in the space of mindfulness meditation.
Welcome Pavitra Ciarvardone...a playful spirit and voice of grace.
Clarity often comes when we are able to be fully present with what is here now, experiencing life fully through the light of awareness. How often we spend time recycling the past, or living in the future, causing us to miss the gifts of the present moment, and creating additional stress? Today we will bring awareness to the breath and body as vehicles to simply being the answer to our own questions, rather than searching outside ourselves. As a former Respiratory Therapist, and currently a Stress Management and Resiliency Specialist with advanced training through the Benson Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine through Massachusetts General Hospitial, Pavitra Ciarvardone will guide us in a mindfulness meditation strengthening the mind, body and spirit for the week ahead.
This is a gentle reminder to slow down and pause...be still for a moment. Connect to your spirit for guidance, light and love. Through a sacred space of divine interruptions we nurture our soul, clear our mind, and nourish our body... honoring our self-care needs and renewing our spirit. This show features a beautiful centering experience offered to gently create awareness and connection to the abundant grace present in our lives. In this beautiful space of stillness and guided meditation, we honor ouselves and the movement of grace. Enjoy a morning meditation...
