Kids Brigade’s mission is to build joy and enhance feelings of security and accomplishment in the lives of the children of US veterans who have been injured physically, emotionally, or psychologically during their service in the military. We are a non-profit organization who services the children of veterans who suffer from invisible wounds during their recovery process. Our programs provide extracurricular activities and learning opportunities free of charge to youth, their families, or the referring non-profit organization. Additionally, we offer healing opportunities to parents and other family members and on-site programs at our martial arts dojos, ropes courses, and ranch.
Kids Brigade vision is two-fold:
Help the children of US veterans who suffer from the physical, emotional, or psychological effects of military service to engage in programs that will allow them (the children) to have joyful experiences in childhood, and Empower the parents to interact with their children in loving, supporting, and joyful ways that bring the family together. Our Core Values are four-fold:
It’s our personal responsibility to help the children of US veterans who have suffered during their military service, so that those children experience a happy childhood. Kids deserve a great childhood. A child’s participation in extracurricular activities can help to build a sense of normalcy and wellbeing for the child. We strongly hold that fun, love, and faith are key to helping veterans and their families heal from any negative experience. Children of wounded veterans need an environment free of the constant mention of the negative aspects of military service, war experiences, etc.

This is the response every believer in Jesus Christ wants to hear. We have opportunities every day to serve someone, somehow in some way, but how often do we miss them? How many times are we so concerned about our own wants and needs that we fail to see the benefit in serving others?
Join us on this months Kingdom Kids Network as we discuss ways we can live a life of serving others while reaping the reward of The Masters approval. Share and invite others and feel free to visit our web page by going to: www.kingdomcomenet.com
