An Ohio prosecutor said he may seek the death penalty against Ariel Castro, the Cleveland man charged Wednesday today with the kidnap and rape of three women he allegedly brutalized for a decade while allegedly inducing abortions in at least one of the captives.
Jodi Arias was convicted Wednesday of first degree murder for killing her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, in 2008.
The four month long trial gripped the nation with testimony filled with lurid details of the couple's sex life, Mormon religious beliefs and practices, and the gruesome details of the day Arias stabbed, shot, and slashed Alexander.

It's Treason!
It has now come down to this: the stand-down order to let the Benghazi embassy fall was an intentional and deliberate act of treason.
Someone wanted those people dead. There are various theories about who and why. Maybe it was to cover up the transfer of thousands of heat seaking missles to Al Qaida. Maybe it was a failed Obama-inspired plan to kidnap the ambassador and trade him for the "blind shiek." Whatever the motive, it all stinks to high heaven.
Hillary Clinton figures into this. Protecting the embassy (consolate, or whatever) was ultimately her responsibility. Then there is the Muslim occupier-in-chief (Barry Soetoro, Barack Obama, or whoever that guy with the fake birth certificate is).

This is the replacement show for the January 27th technical problems. Beverly Newman, Elder Advocate, Florida, will be co-hosting this show.
This evening we will be discussing one of the newest booming medical industries; the Hospitalist and why you should avoid them at all costs in most cases.
Beverly will be discussing the Sarasota, Florida, sheriff department efforts to have people admitted to hospitals sign total waivers on their constitutional rights and their right to medical privacy. All of this just in time for the one-sided crackdown on prescription drug users. Of course no real effort will be expended to go after the manufacturers and distributors. And there certainly will not be any action taken against Doctors who prescribe chemical restraints for the elderly using drugs prohibited for use on the elderly.
This would be particularly handy in the case of elder abduction at the hands of professional predators. Not knowing what they were signing, they could actually be facilitating their own waiver of rights in every area....and would be declared incompetent immediately afterwards.
The law enforcement coding/billing system and the answer to why law enforcement will not report or respond to reports of abuse, kidnap and neglect of elderly individuals committed by professional predators.
