The Zion Da Fro Show "real teen talk from a real teen perspective."
#Gottoknow: Teen Diaries is a non profit organization that empowers teen girls through career developement and fitness. Teen Diaries was here in Atlanta this past weekend celebrating their 3rd year of "Pretty Girls Sweat" movement. Over 100 girls were in the building exercising with Grammy nominated Keri Hilson and hip hop female group OMG. They encouraged the girls to exercise and talked about the importance of eating right.
Talk It Up: SOG not just men of valor. Rap once again has a new face. This is not your typical urban group. I got an opportunity to see SOG for the first time at the Apache Cafe. If you can imagine, these guys had on camos and dog tags when they hit the stage. Everybody was looking around just to see what these dudes were about to do. Suddenly the beat dropped and SOG shut it down. OMG ...for SOG

Hour two of our conversation - "Are You Emotionally Available?" - with psychotherapist-author-conscious business coach Keri Nola.
Men may be from Mars and women from Venus, but thank goodness for all of us, Keri Newell has the dictionary to translate man-speak to women.
In this fascinating interview, Keri shares some communication secrets with Jack that have helped save and rebuild countless relationships. These include not just relationships between men and women, but those between parents and children, siblings, co-workers, and even strangers.
Learning these “language” skills have, in the past, seemed impossible, as men struggle to understand women and vice versa. Keri has spent the last fourteen years, along with her mother, Dr. Sherie Zander, researching and interviewing men and women, and working with singles and couples.
As a result, they’ve developed a system called Communication Magic with Men which teaches women what they might change to make their relationships better and bring the romance back.
Keri points out the physical differences between the male and the female brains which help to explain the differences in thinking, speech and behavior between the two sexes. She also points out that because of these differences in thinking, women often inadvertently can say things that, over time, alienate the men in their lives.
Understanding what to say or how to say it can make all the difference in the world for relationships and Keri makes this happen.
These are skills which will work not only in the home, but at work and out in the world at large.
This is definitely a must-listen-to interview!

In this episode Keri Murphy of InspiredLiving.tv discusses how to really make videos to grow your business and position you as a celebrity entrepreneur.
With a background in the TV industry, Keri grew frustrated when she saw video after video showing entrepreneurs making unflattering videos that put people off, instead of engaging them.
She’s made it her mission to teach entrepreneurs how to develop their "It Factor" and that includes making videos that show their authentic selves.
Keri explains that perfection should not be a goal when making videos. People want to see the real you and what you have to offer for them. It’s critical to switch your thinking from “it’s all about me” and perfection, to “it’s all about that one person” who is struggling and needs what you have to offer.
She discusses some of the different types of videos that you should make for your business. She also shares some great tips on the techie side of making videos, concerning lighting and audio do’s and don’ts.
Videos are a critical piece of your marketing strategy. In this interview, you’ll learn some great information to help you make the best of using videos.
