Where is Kemo City? Kemo City is located inside of the heart of every being, everywhere. It is the collected consciousness of the Earth, The Pleiades, The Planet of Arcturus and Essassani races, among others, located near the 9th dimension. Who is Proteus? The entity known as Proteus originates from a place in space that’s far beyond the comprehension of the 3-D world. It is simply unexplainable - however it is a place where being is the only way of life. Proteus / The 9th Dimensional Kemo City Collective is a collected consciousness of the Earth, Pleiadians, Arcturians and Essassani races, among others. Proteus, like you, is all that is. Proteus is here to help us remember who we really are: Source energy; All that is; Infinite, MultiDimensional, Unconditional love. Why is Proteus here? Proteus is here to help us remember who we really are: Source energy; All that is; Infinite; Unconditional love. Proteus is here to help, heal and love. i Am called Proteus Kemo, vibrating thoughts and consciousness of love and light. i channel interplanetary beings of light and love in service to Earth & the Universe as a whole, as we perceive it. We call this loving energy the Kemo City Collective. i also channel interplanetary energies from the Arcuturians, Pleiadians, Essassani & other galactic civilisations. I Am here to help you remember that you are perfect in every way. We are all divine creator beings of infinite power. Be sovereign onto yourself. Be in your power. Don’t fall for the illusion of power. Instead, co-create with the power of the illusion. Don’t look back, you’re not going that way. Let your dreams be born. Allow your hearts to believe. Out of your soul be light. For you are nothing else. -by Proteus www.kemocity.com
