Kandra Albury was born and raised in Crescent City, FL., which is nestled along the beautiful St. Johns River. She is married to James C. Albury and is the proud mother of three awesome children.
She is the author of “From Food Stamps to Favor” and a children’s book titled, “Don’t You Dare Touch Me There!” In 2014, Kandra will release “How I Slayed My Corporate Giant…Being brown in Corporate America” and more children’s books.
Kandra has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of North Florida and a master’s degree in mass communications from the University of Florida. She earned a Ph.D. in ministerial education from Truth Bible University.
Hair Therapist Kandra Ferguson discusses thyroids as it relates to hair loss. She will highlight some the treatment methods she uses when working with clients that are presenting signs of thyroid malfunctioning and she will discuss some of the styles used to disguise the hair loss while in treatment.
Deacon Greg Kandra is the News Director for NET (New Evangelization Television), the newly re-launched cable channel of the Diocese of Brooklyn, NY. Before that, he spent 26 years as a writer and producer for CBS News, working on "The CBS Evening News with Katie Couric," "60 Minutes II," "48 Hours," and "Sunday Morning." Many also know Deacon Greg as the blogger behind The Deacon's Bench. He joins Commander Craig to talk about the launch of NET and how he balanced his faith and ministry with the demands of the secular media.
