Arin sits down with Patti Phillips, the executive director of NACWAA, the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletics Administrators, to discuss women, leadership, language and sports at the college level. It's been forty years since Title 9 was first passed but women make up only 16.9% of Athletic Directors at the college level. This conversation is important and timely: with Julie Hermann recently named to the open AD position in the Rutgers athletic program. Arin and Patti tackle everything, from the administrative level in major university programs all the way down to the player's experience in school athletics. This is a conversation you definitely do not want to miss.
