Achieving a True Work/Life Balance with Productivity Coach Helen Bolger-Harris

    in Self Help

I am very happy to Introduce my first international guest on The Life Coach Show, a show about connecting with coaches and Empowering the Audience.  Please welcome all the way from Australia, Helen Bolger-Harris, Productivity Coach and Consultant.

Helen is a productivity specialist with a particular emphasis on supporting women in business and/or executive roles to develop a work/life balance that works for them. She draws upon skills and experience gained from a long career in the health sector, having worked clinically as a nurse for 18 years, followed by several years working in a range of corporate roles involving staff and project management, continuous quality improvement, research, public health, education and policy development.

However, Helen found that as she took on more of these senior roles, her work/life balance became lost and she became chronically exhausted, stressed and unhappy in her work and in her life generally. So, over the last few years, Helen has set about turning this around and this journey has culminated in her founding her successful coaching and consulting business, Unlimited in Life, and developing a work/life balance in which she feels productive, stress free and fulfilled.

Helen brings to the coaching relationship a supportive holistic and spiritual approach, which assists women in the achievement of their work and life goals and the creation of a happy, fulfilling life.

TRANSFORM your LIFE w/Coach Tamarra: What is letting go?

    in Self Help

We hear these four words: “Just Let it Go!” just about every day. It slips out of our mouths so very easily; however, doing so can be difficult. What is letting go anyway? It means so many things to so many of us. Each instance is rooted in reasons that seem logical and often justified.

Please join us: Pasha Cook, Danielle Gibson, and Tamarra Causley Robinson, as we engage in a dialogue about these 4 magical words! We’ll discuss what they mean to us (and perhaps you) along with the reasons why we hold on or resist letting go.

This is sure to be a great conversation that would be enhanced by your participation as a caller or by tuning in during this live broadcast.

Spring Clean your Life with Christie Iurato and Coach Rea

    in Self Help

Spring is here and Spring-cleaning comes to mind. Today we are talking about Spring-cleaning our lives, letting go, distressing our lives, and organizing our Lives with our great guest Christie Iurato. From the time she can remember, Christie has been transforming spaces everywhere she went. "It's this natural urge I've always had to make any space I'm in clean, clear and less cluttered. When I was a little girl, I remember going into my friends’ rooms and wanting to play organizing as a game! It was so fun for me and still is!” Years later, her friends started asking her to come to their homes and help with kids toys, clothes, kitchens and more and told her she should make a business out of this! Well, Christie took her friends advice seriously and founded her own organizing company in 2003.

Christie has organized and transformed hundreds of homes and offices over the past 10 years, has taken courses on counselling hoarders from Professional Hoarding Expert Cory Chalmers and has developed herself to be able to help people of all situations, backgrounds and diversities. Christie’s approach is very holistic, therapeutic, and helps bring people to a greater level of connection and appreciation for their home, offices and everything in them.
