Juan Will is an artist from the South-side of New Jersey (Browns Mills). He isn't new to the game by any means and has been rapping since the age of fifteen. At the age of nineteen his rap career was put on hold due to a six year prison term that he served in New Jersey. During that time Juan Will honed his talent daily by writing and free styling. Juan Will has an incredible work ethic when it comes to his music and upon his release on 9/10/2012 has recorded over 60 songs to date. In his music he blends his experiences with the streets into flows that a blind man can vision. He is articulate and witty. A man of content and substance that can go toe to toe with the best of artist. He understands that in order to shine you have to grind. ALFREDO DIAZ
At the age of 11, Afredo Diaz, and his family moved back to the U.S. from Puerto Rico. Alfredo was now writing short stories and drawing, which he continued to do through high school. Along the way, he added a few more art forms to his repertoire: he was a graffiti artist, a tattoo artist, and even started making posters for local musicians. It was around this time he fell into the underground society of NYC and went through a dark period in his life…until he met his present mentor one day while driving a limo and she encouraged him to keep writing. Writing turned into screenwriting, screenwriting turned into filmmaking and filmmaking turned into acting. Acting has taken over in a way he probably never would have expected. He’s studied acting with currently some of the best teachers, like Larry Moss, John Dapolito from AWG and Marketa Kimbrell from NYU Tisch. He’s been working since either as a hired actor or creating his own work and collaborating with other artists. As a playwright he's had his work up at The Barrow Group Theater where his play I Saved a Sewer Rat made it to the semi finals of the Networks One Act Festival. He also worked on a feature film called Override that played at several festivals, including The Hamptons Film Festival. Some of his other films include Holy Sapian with Charlie McDermott and Over the Harlem Moon. Alfredo has also received positive reviews for his work on stage. In Our Lady of 121st Street at The Queens Theater, Alfredo played the role of Balthazar, a cantankerous alcoholic and for For Petes Sake where he played Voice 2, the wild man in a dark comedy. Alfredo also originated the role of John Ryan in the play, Like You, which was part of a show entitled, Men Without Myth produced by BTC Productions at Urban Stages. Shriekfest Radio Guest Juan Iglesias
