WKPJB Radio presents The MisEducation of America w/ Chamber 7

    in Poetry

The education system in this country is not the worst. Land of the free, home of the brave and all but not home of the super intelletuals. I mean sure we have our geniuses but what is our country truly known for? Celebrities. We pump them out by the thousands. Our innovations in entertainment are astounding and the debauchery we are willing to put out in the open is well known, but how does that affect our education system? Well, I want to talk about it. I want to discuss it with the people who work IN the system. I am calling all teachers, all administrators, all students, young and old. I want to hear you stories and the poetry inspired by it. Blue Phunk and I wish to navigate the murky waters of understanding: The MisEducation of America. oh... and here is some more homework too, http://www.foreignaffairs.com/articles/139113/jal-mehta/why-american-education-fails

Westchester On the Level with Narog and Aris

    in News

The “featured” BlogTalkRadio program “Westchester On the Level with Narog and Aris” opens the Thursday, May 15, 2014th broadcast day at 10:00 a.m. EDT with Vino Mehta, author of "Personal Competitiveness: How to Succeed in a Globalized World"(2014, Lancer Publishers, ISBN 1-935501-68-2)".  Vino Mehta's book is formulated to help every human being on the planet, seemingly so gargantuan a task as to escape one's grasp. Despite the implausibility factor, Mehta defines the playing field. At 11:00 a.m., we pivot toward George Ondek, a main who to a great extent is the definition of one of the challenges one faces through life, that is re-invention. Ondek's most recent effort is to become elected to the Peekskill Board of Education Board of Trustees. We'll learn how he's done while celebrating his effort. Engage our guests in conversation by calling (347) 205-9201 to share your perspective – you are only asked to please stay on topic. Hezi Aris is your host today. If you use Skype: use the contact “eHezi18″ during the “live” broadcast, or listen on demand.
