Jessica Delfs from Season 10 of NBC's The Biggest Loser is now apart of The Revolution Of Health™. She will be talking about everything health on TV on Monday nights! Check out her first episode about Life After The Biggest Loser...
Tracey Yukich is said to have had one of the most surprising transformations as a contestant in Season 8 of NBC’s hit TV show, The Biggest Loser. After collapsing from heat stroke during a 1 mile run the first day on camera, Tracey spent two weeks on the heart floor of the local hospital where she learned she had plaque on her heart at the young age of 37.
After the birth of her fourth child and a decision to hang up her suits and heels to manage her home, she fell off the wheel completely, climbing to 250 pounds and completely losing control. At her lowest point, she was hiding from her family in the bathroom, eating cookies while beating herself up, ashamed of the woman she had become. But she turned her life around and believes others can to.
Tracey is currently training to run the Boston Marathon and raising money for Homes for Our Troops. Her speaking engagements, boot-camps and workshops on diet and nutrition are helping women across the country reclaim their lives.
To Recap Monday night's Biggest Loser show as well as the childhood obesity epidemic & Jillian Michael’s comeback, Jessica Delfs Former Contestant & Biggest Loser Alumni now has teamed up with The Revolution Of Health™ to go over the details!

Jessica Ann Robinson has always had an affinity for reading and creatively expressing herself through written word. She says, “Initially, I didn’t plan on doing anything with my writing. I wrote short stories because I personally enjoyed creating them. I followed my passion for writing and everything else fell into place.”
Her first novel, Holy Seduction, was released in 2009 by Peace in the Storm Publishing. She penned her second novel, Pretty Skeletons, which was released the following year. Holy Revenge, her third novel was the sequel to Holy Seduction. Her forthcoming novel Holy Deception is the final installment in the “Holy Series” trilogy and brings back the characters that you love to hate.
Robinson likes to create stories and situations that readers can relate to. Since the publication of her debut novel, Jessica has won several literary awards and has been featured on Black Expressions’ Top 100 Bestseller List. Robinson is currently working on finishing a few other literary projects.

The world was introduced to this erotic poet thru HBO's "Real Sex" series; a racy, informative show about all things sexual, erotic, romantic, freaky. It was thru this show that I learned more about erotic poetry and that it is a most romantic tool for intimate communication between lovers.
Jessica Holter began her journey into the world of erotic Spoken Word art in 1995 as the Founder and Organizer of the infamous Punany Poets. Made up of a beautiful, ever changing array of tall, short, thin, thick, fair, and extra mocha cast, The Punany Poets take you on a journey that is funny, sexy, informative, romantic, and naughty. It is a total Mindgasm of Sight, Touch, Sound, Words, Dance, Art, and Erotica.
But Jessica is far more than just an "erotic poet". She is quite prolific in Spoken Word and is both an Author and Activist. With her art stemming from a history of sexual abuse, Jessica has turned her pain into one of the most alluring yet informative sessions one can ever go to and learn about sex - and Safe Sex. As an advocate for this, she is supported by a host of organizations including the YWCA who attend her shows and hand out information about safe sex, answer questions, give prizes based on what you remember about the education of the show and more.
I am honored to sit down with this woman and hear her story: one that has now been the subject of dissertations on the collegiate level. But make no mistake, this is a GROWN, Black, No Sugar, No Cream Show.
And yes, we will have something cooking up!
