NYPD Police officers Rafeal Ramos and Wenjian Liu were both shot in the head and killed Saturday by a man seeking revenge in the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner.
The shooter, Ismaaiyl Brinsley, started the morning off by shooting his ex-girlfriend in the stomach. Following the initial shooting, he traveled to New York City. During his quick trip, he boasted of his plans to kill cops in the name of Eric Garner and Mike Brown via Instagram.
These heinous acts of violence is pure evil. It follows numerous protests in NYC, Ferguson and other cities across the country in the wake of the Michael Brown and Eric Garner cases.
Last week in NYC, protesters chanted, "What do we want? Dead cops. When do we want it? Now," as they marched. It seems their threatening language has become reality.
Our president, the attorney general, Al Sharpton and the likes have all made statements that are only designed to fuel the flames of racial tension in our country.
If we don't put an end to the racial divide in our nation, we will see more police brutality and the ushering in of a new type of police state like we've never seen before. The strategy of divide and conquer will be successful in one of its most primitive forms.
It's time for all Americans to come together and stand up for what is right and what is wrong, regardless of race.
This episode concerns recent scandals involving the posting of celebrity pics on the internet. These pics are stolen from the cloud and people use these nude photos to exact revenge on their exes. This kind of activity is called revenge when someone retaliates against an old girlfriend or ex-wife or ex-boyfriend or husband by posting nude or sexual images. This kind of activity led to the enactment of laws/statutes in 13 states. Arizona has passed one of these anti revenge statutes. This statute is being challenged as 'overbroad' and constitutionally infirm because it is 'content based' discrimination.

What do you consider "justice?" What makes a person a "vigilante?" Does justice always mean what the law provides for us? If the law has loop holes in it, shouldn't the innocent be able to protect themselves? Does an eye for an eye still hold true? Or since no one is perfect, whois truly qualified to pass a sentence for wrongdoers?
The Arizona Cardinals clinched a potseason berth last Thursday with a win over the St. Louis Rams. In the win, though, they lost quarterback Drew Stanton for a few weeks. Jess amd Seth look back at the 12-6 win and then look ahead to the huge Week 16 matchup between the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks on Sunday Night Football.
Is a win even possible for Arizona with Ryan Lindley? Is this amazing year wasted because of the injuries the team has suffered? What about the postseason? Will they be ine and done?
The Arizona Cardinals got the ship right, at least for a week, when they got a 17-14 come-from-behind win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. They got a key contribution from running back Kerwynn Williams and big plays from Alex Okafor, Jaron Brown and Deone Bucannon, with an assist on a replay.
On the show, Jess and Seth talk about the good and the bad from the game, discuss the play of Jonathan Cooper, who got his first NFL start and also debate whether Williams is the answer to the running game the rest of the way. They look at the road ahead and the possibilities of the postseason after getting to 10 wins. They also talk about the upcoming game on Thursday against the Rams.
The Arizona Cardinals return home after a two-game swing on the road that resulted in a pair of disappointing...and embarrassing losses. This week's opponents are the 7-5 Kansas City Chiefs, a team that is desperate to keep up in the AFC West and AFC playoff picture.
To preview the Week 14 matchup, Arrowhead Pride's Matt Verderame joins Jess on the show to talk about Kansas City and the season they have had. Their offseason will come up, the play of the defense, their draft, Alex Smith, Jamaal Charles and the strange fact they have yet to have a touchdown pass to a wide receiver in 2014.
The Arizona Cardinals lost for the second week in a row, falling to 9-3 after a 29-18 loss to the Atlanta Falcons...the previously 4-7 Falcons. Needless to say, things are starting to feel uncomfortable in the desert. They have lost two straight games and have looked bad doing so.
They also suffered a number of key injuries. Seth and Jess talk about the significance of these injuries and if Arizona has just had too many.
Seth and Jess also talk about the bad and the bright spots from the game. They look ahead at the Cardinals' playoff chances and what what, if any, changes need to happen.
