BTR's WORDBEAT Poetry & Music Hotspot! presenting... HOWL! This is Segment 5 of Season Five. The show opens a bit late, nonetheless it's a great segment, opening with Amiri Baraka's "Somebody Blew Up America", into A. Razor's "Super America". Mike the Poet keeps the show hopping with "Put It Down", and "I Am Alive In Los Angeles!". The fabulous Jayne Cortez and her "She Got, He Got" is a dynamic twist into Charles Bukowski's "BlueBird", winding us down into the entire "HOWL" recording of Allen Ginsburg's.
