There are many substance abuse treatment programs around the country. However, one program in particular provides innovative modalities intended to jail inmates in Marciopa County, Arizona. Ms. McRae will discuss how she and her colleagues treat inmates who are housed in Sheriff Joe Arpaio's jail. Sheriff Arpaio is known nationally as the toughest sheriff in the country.
