New Jerseyans will be asked to vote on an Open Space Trust Fund this Election Day - November 4th.
If approved, it will cost voters $150 billion annually to preserve space in NJ and will result in an amendment to our state Constitution.
While Open Space is a great concept, 30% of NJ is already preserved, with only 32% of the state developed.
Those facts aside, NJ was just voted as the worst state for taxes, residents deal with some of the highest property taxes in the country and we have unfunded pension liabilities.
How much more taxation can the residents of NJ take? Not much more because NJ also boasts one of the highest rates of residents fleeing the state due to over-taxation.
Joining us to discuss the Open Space Trust Fund is Daryn Iwicki, NJ State Director for Americans for Prosperity.

Small business owners are the backbone of the economy, yet they are continually stressed under taxes and rules and regulations, which are direct assaults on their ability to make money and hire employees.
To discuss the reality and challenges of what small business owners face on a regular basis is businessman Frank Contella, who is the owner and investor in numerous businesse in NJ.

The Men’s Spiritual Radio Hour- A show about men and their Spiritual Journey
Guest for our Tuesday December 16 show is going to be Craig Solon
Craig Sloan is the resident psychic and owner of Blu lotus in Montclair, NJ. He opened in 1995 when he was 25 years old because of an intense interest in the esoteric. Craig had been having psychic and out of body experiences since he could remember.
Wanting very much to find a regular occupation Craig went to college for business and had no idea his life would leads him to where he is today. Craig used to do readings with normal; playing cards when he was in his pre teens and also had a strong interest in astrology.
Coming from a strong religious background he felt a little uneasy about his interest and put them away for a while for normal high school and college experiences.
When Craig got out into the work field although having a good work ethic he felt lost and finally decided to throw it all in the basket and open a metaphysical center. At least here he could learn more from reading books and being around people in the field.
Craig originally had psychics who worked at the center while he was up front at the desk doing business as usual. One day due to an emergency one of the psychics could not come in to work and it was suggested to Craig that he be the reader for that day.
