Best known to audiences as T-Dog in the world of The Walking Dead and as the menacing thug Alton in the 2010 Academy® Award-nominated film The Blind Side, IronE Singleton’s ability to play strong, multidimensional characters has made him a memorable actor in both film and television.
Singleton most recently appeared on the big screen alongside Bow Wow and Ice Cube in Lottery Ticket. In 2011, he will be seen alongside Nicolas Cage, Guy Pearce and January Jones in the feature film The Hungry Rabbit Jumps. Singleton’s talent has been on display recently in several television pilots, including ABC’s “Detroit 1-8-7,” VH1′s “Single Ladies,” and TNT’s “Franklin & Bash.” Among his other television credits are CW’s “One Tree Hill” and BET’s “Somebodies.”
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Singleton’s story embodies everything we have come to understand about the lives of many inner city youth growing up in low-income housing projects. Having lost his mother to HIV/AIDS when he was a senior in high school, and watching his brother spend most of his life in Georgia’s prison system, IronE fought to have a life far different from the one he knew growing up. The “irony” of his story is that, while all the odds were stacked against him, IronE Singleton still overcame his troubled childhood to attend the University of Georgia on academic and football scholarships, where he completed a double major in Theater and Speech Communications.
Prior to breaking into film and television, Singleton put on a one-man theater show entitled IronE… The Resurrected, which garnered rave reviews. In his spare time, Singleton is a Youth Motivational Speaker and youth sports referee.
AMC's "The Walking Dead" has proven to be an enormous hit with television viewers. Celebrated co-star IronE Singleton portrayed the popular character T-Dog on the show. His new autobiographical book reveals his personal struggles and triumphs in life. IronE joins the award-winning family radio talk show Let's Talk America with Host Shana Thornton on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 7:30 pm EST to talk about the power of love, truth, and hope. This inspirational exclusive conversation will motivate everyone. Tune in!

“Love Conquers All”
The story you are about to hear is word for word, heart to heart true..
Lenny Singleton and Vandy Hill lost contact with each other after high school only to be reunited 28 years later, this is where it all begins! After high school Lenny went on to earn a Bachelor’s in Business. After college he joined the Navy where his addiction took over his life. In a 13 day period he robbed 8 stores while under the influence of alcohol and crack cocaine. For this he received 2 Life Sentences plus 100 years. He did not kill or even hurt anyone. He did not have a gun during any of the incidents. There is not one victim impact statement made against him. In total he stole approximately $350. This was his first felony offense. In Lenny’s case the Virginia General Assembly recommended 11-18 years. The judge disregarded these guidelines and without any explanation to the court, Lenny or his family, sentenced Lenny to more time than rapists, child molesters, and murderers. To date, Lenny has served over 19 years. His time while incarcerated stands testament to his reformed nature. He works every day in a position of authority at Virginia Correctional Enterprises. He lives in the Honor’s Dormitory. He has never received an infraction for anything during his entire incarceration.
I began writing everyone I could think of to bring this situation to light to the American public. I also began writing Lenny. Through the act of writing and catching Lenny up over the past 28 years, I began to see what bad shape I was in. I was horribly overweight. “Vandy, You have a tumor, to be continued, listen in to find out the rest of the story..

A month later, he began hosting a popular weekly internet radio show called ‘Keri’s Korner’ on F.L.O Empire Radio in New York City. Keri D.
