Following their victory over Florida, Alabama is enjoying their first bye week. It's been fundamentals for the boys in Crimson at practice this week on top of some time to get over the bumps and bruises of a football season. For BAMS, we don't take bye weeks, and have a great show lined up for this evening. Crimson Tide commitment Blake Barnett and his mother Gina Harris will join the program at 8:20 to discuss their visit to Alabama this past weekend. They will be followed up by John Garcia Jr from Scout.com at 9 to talk about a multitide of Tide topics including recruiting, and what he's seen from the 2014 team. The action starts at 8:00 with Cary Clark, Drew DeArmond and Thomas Watts. Be there, or be Auburn.
Sports talk and discussion with an attitude for the passionate and hard core fan. Today, we welcome Marq Burnett, Crimson Tide beat writer for the Anniston Star and Columbus Enquirer as well as our Alabama correspondent to talk about Nick Saban's team through its first four games with a focus on the beating of the Florida Gators last weekend and a look ahead at the Tide's upcoming schedule. We'll also get his take on offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin and the development of QB Blake Sims. In the second segment, we will be joined by our Miami Dolphins correspondent, Mr. Antwan Staley, to look at Miami as they head into week 4 with a 1-2 record and get his take on the controversy with QB Ryan Tannehill and head coach Joe Philbin.
BamaPlus.com writer Erik Stennett and Gator Radio Personality Patrick Infante will join me to discuss the match up between the Gators and the Tide. They kickoff their game at 330pm on Saturday in Tuscaloosa. Do the Gators have a chance at all to win this match up. On paper it seems like no contest. But, Florida has some horses/talent. Can they put it all together for one game away from home. They struggled with Kentucky at home last week.
Join host Donna Wright as she talks to authors about historcal romances dealing with Vikings, Irish, Scottish or Medieval times. She's got three ladies on tonight who know what they're talking about: Gina Conkle and Sandi Layne. Also out special guest this week is author Hallee Bridgeman who will be talking about the Destiny Blaine Workshop and Reader Rally coming up in October. And you don't want to miss the latest Romance News this week with Jacci DeVera. All of this and more, this week on Hummingbird Place -- Your Home for Romance. Coming to you live from the Secret Cravings Publishing Studio.

The rest of the show will be devoted to the backbone of the show - our callers. Be sure to tune in at 8:00 to catch all of the action as Cary Clark, Drew DeArmond and Thomas Watts break down Bama. Here we go again!!!! Another exciting week of college football on the horizon. And not to mention another week of heart pounding hard hitting NFL action. As always I am blown away by the action of the game of football. The things that you can do once an individual and team puts their mind to it as a collective unit is truly unbelievable, but both the individuals and teams must believe for it all to be possible. Therefore, at this stage of the season those who are believing are achieving and those who are doubting are loosing.
