Empowering our children to be the best that they can be by believing in them and helping them be more responsible;
Not beating them up when they make mistakes but to talk to them at length and try and correct them in the future;
Developing a relationship of unconditional love with our children and teens;
Developing honest and open interaction with our teens by having face to face chats on a consistent basis.

I call this honoring of the Evolution of Humanity a "Conversation" because if it were a Service, I would have lain before you an Alter of significant items from my "medicine kit," and would have asked you to bring important symbols of yours to accompany the signs of the day. You would see tools with which I evoke vibrational and deeply soothing and inspirational conditions for us all...in the near future I plan to create such services on video for you. Of course, symbols and instruments are not necessary...a true Service, I think, is one where one or more Sincere Hearts worship or honor the viable Principle underlying Creation.
I spent my birthday in a shamanic experience of Fire Walk and of being in the dark, as though returned to the womb; like being enclosed in a kiva for a week. Pain from an abcessed tooth was intense and fever and upper respiratory issues joined the mix. Basically, I drank water...whatever food I had could fill a small plate. There was no energy to prepare it, and no way I could eat it.
Such intensity leads to contemplation...to seeing oneself in new light; and even through the darkness to see one's own shadow. I'm grateful for that time. I'm grateful that it's over, though if the lessons are not practiced, I will be tested again. I make effort to remember the lessons I learned, and process thoughts of coulda woulda shoulda into seeing the glorious miracle of coming out the other side of a strong test given.
I will work the lessons!

For those of us living in eastern Monmouth County, we are well aware that we live in a summer vacation destination. But in the words of Rena Levine-Levy of The WindMill, “Hunger doesn't take a vacation.” Summer is a season of hunger for children who do not receive the food they normally receive during the school year. One in every ten people in Monmouth and Ocean Counties receive emergency food from the FoodBank’s network of pantries, soup kitchens and other agencies. The FoodBank served 51,000 children with emergency food in 2010, compared with about 19,000 in 2005. The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties has teamed-up with Sabrett and WindMill Hot Dogs in raising money to provide food for those in our communities who don’t have enough to eat. The 10,000 Hot Dog campaign will run through Labor Day. Each $5.00 donation will help deliver 15 meals and hope to struggling families. Additionally, Sabrett will match contributions to the project, donating up to 10,000 hot dogs. The fundraiser kicked off right before Memorial Day with Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes playing a concert on the roof deck of the WindMill in West End. This campaign runs through Labor Day and to donate click here. After the interview please visit After Hours at Jersey Coastal Live for more info.
Tonight's episode of BVM is not for the faint hearted. I am in the mood to bash Muslims and the Obamas with extreme prejudice. I welcome special guests Charley Dyal from Full Throttle Magazine as well as Cj Allan, legendary engraver and pinstriper, back tonight, as well!

I call this honoring of the Evolution of Humanity a "Conversation" and a Blessing Way. I hope to reveal symbols and words to accompany the signs of the day, to help you and I be more aware, more patient, more humble to the great power of Nature and Creation than to the Big Daddy telling us we must have money to live. Yes, we need money to survive the paradigm society has made for us...but LIFE is what we need to earn that money and participate in whatever activies we choose or are pushed into.
Gratitude is a basis for good living, happiness...and acceptance for that which we have inability to change. The only 'thing' we can change is ourselves. Forgiveness and Gratitude are tough to achieve when hard experiences plague us. Some thoughts on these today will help strengthen us all in our personal quests for peace.
Where one or more Sincere Hearts worship or honor the viable Principle underlying Creation, the prayer is heard. If you would like to join your voice with mine today, please call in at.646-668-8170
With Love to you and yours, I wish a joyous day!

David C. Levine has seen more financial products, services, and transactions than most investors will see in a lifetime. David was the Director of National Sales for one of the financial services industry's fastest growing independent broker-dealers which at its peak had over 1,000 registered representatives. Most recently, David was the Director of Business Development for the broker-dealer and registered investment advisor divisions of a publicly traded financial services firm with hundreds of brokers, tens of thousands of clients, and billions of dollars of assets under management.
David has been licensed as a general securities representative, a registered principal, investment advisor and insurance agent for Life, Health, Variable, Fixed, and Equity Indexed Annuities. David also successfully developed and licensed Retirement Planning software to a top 10 Mutual Fund Company.
David left the financial services industry behind to help protect investors going forward. He is the founder and CEO of InvestorProtector which is the first of its kind independent, objective, and non-conflicted subscription service that helps investors protect their investments and life savings.
His book, The Financial Fix, confirms what many investors suspect: Wall Street is rigged. It reveals in meticulous detail how investors consistently and repeatedly become victims of a deeply flawed and conflicted system. Most important, 20-year securities industry veteran David C. Levine shows investors how to protect themselves.
