Inspirational and Encouraging Words of Wisdom, Spirit and Life To You! 36 CHRISTIAN WAYS TO REDUCE STRESS….An Angel Says….“Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what may happen tomorrow and it does not happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice.” 1. Pray 2. Go to bed on time. 3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed. 4. Say no to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health. 5. Delegate tasks to capable others. 6. Simplify and unclutter your life. 7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.) 8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places. 9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don't lump the hard things all together. 10. Take one day at a time. 11. Separate worries from concerns. If a situation is a concern, find out what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety. If you can't do anything about a situation, forget it. 12. Live within your budget; don't use credit cards for ordinary purchases. 13. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra house key buried in the garden, extra stamps, etc. 14. K.M.S. (Keep Mouth Shut). This single piece of advice can prevent an enormous amount of trouble. 15. Do something for the Kid in You every day. 16. Carry a Bible with you to read while waiting in line. 17. Get enough rest. 18. Eat right.  Proverbs 17:22

The Interpersonal Connection ~ Spiritual Enrichment

    in Spirituality

Inspirational and Encouraging Words of Wisdom, Spirit and Life. Joy rises in our hearts as we help others succeed and achieve. Jesus knew this as He told believers to make disciples everywhere. St. Matthew 28:19-20. If your life has been rather mundane. Start walking with Jesus Christ and your future wont be what it used to be. Everyone wants to be happy and joyful, but the truth is that trials and difficulties are unavoidable. Jesus knows that inevitability, but He encourages us, saying: "In the world you will have tribulation, but cheer up, I have overcome the world." St. John 16:33. Joy is based on a state of contentment and satisfaction, and the assurance that all is well despite immediate circumstances. Happiness is based on a happening. Satisfaction comes when we finally accept who and what we are without demand for change.

HAPPINESS is only a temporary and emotionally unstable state. Such feelings depend on my attitudes and circumstances. They ebb and flow like the tide, never lasting long. JOY is a spiritually attained state that never fails. It comes from knowing God, understanding that He loves us and that He has a wonderful plan for your life that is in your best interest. SATISFACTION comes when we finally accept who and what we are without demand for change. We can do that because we are made in God’s image and we are freely allowed to share His JOY by His GRACE and MERCY.

    The Interpersonal Connection~HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY~

    in Women

Inspirational and Encouraging Words of Wisdom, Spirit and Life To You! Mothers hold their child’s hand for a moment and their heart for a Lifetime. MOTHER'S....God’s Presence is Your - Companion God’s Love is Your - Protection God’s Power is Your - Strength   and God’s Wisdom is Your - Guidance....Wise Advice from Mother Teresa....People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered; Forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives; Be kind anyway. If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies; Succeed anyway. If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; Be honest and frank anyway. What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight. Build anyway. If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous; Be happy anyway. The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow; Do good anyway. Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; Give the best you've got anyway. You see, in the final analysis it is between you and God; it was never between you and them anyway. In the U.S. Mothers' Day is a holiday celebrated on second Sunday in May. It is a day when children honor their mothers with cards, gifts, and flowers. First observance in Philadelphia, Pa. in 1907, it is based on suggestions by Julia Ward Howe in 1872 and Anna Jarvis in 1907. President Woodrow Wilson, in 1914, made the official announcement proclaiming Mother's Day a national observance that was to be held each year on the 2nd Sunday of May.

The Lord bless thee, and keep thee. Numbers 6:24

    The Interpersonal Connection ~ Coaching

    in Self Help

Inspirational and Encouraging Words of Wisdom, Spirit and Life. Spiritual Life Coaching is unlocking a person's potential to maximize their own performance. It is "helping" them to learn rather than teaching them. A small beginning is just the prelude to a Tremendous Crescendo at the Finale! Many of God's Masterpieces were developed in small obsure circumstances and small places too. For some, spirit is indelibly linked with the Divine. Saint Teresa called spirit “the life of God within us.” It is thought that our spirit resides in the center of our bodies near our hearts. Sometimes we refer to it as our heart, receiving messages from there that have the power to awaken our aliveness “in my heart I know” “Spirit” comes from the Latin word spiritus, meaning breath and Greek pneuma, breath. In the ancient roots of the English language, there is an understanding of spirit that in our culture often gets overlooked. At a stressful pace, we live each day running down tasks. Most of our focus and energy has literally gone to our heads. We tend to give more value to information that comes from our brains, finding their great powers of analysis and judgment. But this is also where fear and anxiety are born, emotions that keep us dispirited small and weak. With even a cursory look, spirit can be found in all living beings. It is a great power center just waiting to give direction and meaning to our lives. Whether we believe it to be a connection with God, the source of all life, or each person’s innate wisdom, spirit is a resource that we can draw upon.

The Interpersonal Connection ~ Attitude ~

    in Motivation

Inspirational and Encouraging Words of Wisdom, Spirit and Life. "ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING" Attitude is the way you think. Your attitude is something other people can actually see. They can hear it in your voice, see it in the way you move, feel it when they are with you. Your attitude expresses itself in everything you do; all the time, wherever you are. Positive attitudes always invite positive results. Negative attitudes always invite negative results. Attitude makes a difference every hour, everyday; in everything that you do for your entire life. What you get out of each thing you do will equal the attitude you have when you do it. Anything that you do with a positive attitude will work for you. Anything that you do with a negative attitude will work against you. If you have a positive attitude, you are looking for ways to solve the problems that you can solve, and you are letting go of things over which you have no control. You can develop a positive attitude by emphasizing the good, by being tough-minded, and by refusing defeat.

The Council on Foreign Relations and the coming New World Order

    in Education

The Council on Foreign Relations was founded in 1921 by Edward Mandell House, the chief advisor of President Woodrow Wilson from 1913 until 1921.   House was a Marxist whose goal was to socialize the United States.   In 1912, House wrote the book "Philip Dru: Administrator" in which he stated that he was working for "Socialism as dreamed of by Karl Marx." In this book, House laid out a plan for the conquest of America, telling how both the Democratic and Republican Parties would be controlled and used as instruments in the creation of a socialistic government. And he asked for the establishment of a state-controlled central bank.  Both of these were proposed in "The Communist Manifesto".   In 1913, during the very first year of the House-dominated Wilson Administration, both of these proposals became law. The Federal Reserve Act was passed, which brought into power a private central bank to create the money of the United States, taking this power away from the united States Congress. And the 16th Amendment to the United States Constitution, the graduated income tax as proposed by Karl Marx, was also ratified.

President Clinton (US President 1993-2001) was a member of both the Trilateral Commission and the CFR, but his running mates in the democratic primaries were strictly forbidden to use this fact while campaigning against him; this is a clear indication of the awesome power that the CFR has over politicians.  In the China Gate scandal, Bill Clinton sold top secret military technology to China.
