Jim Penniston, Co-Author of Encounter in Rendlesham Forest: The Inside Story of the World's Best-Documented UFO Incident, is USAF Security Forces/Retired. He entered the Air Force in 1973 and served over twenty years active duty in the US Air Force. He was assigned to the Strategic Air Command Elite Guard in Omaha Nebraska, providing security for General Officers, Congressmen, Foreign Heads of States, and the President and members of his Cabinet. Penniston held key assignments throughout the world. Including service in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He wrote defense, security, counter-terrorism, and contingency plans for the USAF and NATO. Additionally, he provided security support for Air Force One, and other classified aircraft weapon systems. Penniston held for the majority of his twenty year career, a U.S. TOP SECRET/BI/SCI and a NATO TOP SECRET COSMIC/ATOMAL security clearance. Sergeant Penniston and his team were "First Responders" to a security investigation of a craft-of-unknown-origin, located just outside RAF Woodbridge, England. In December 1980 that case, is known as the Rendlesham Forest Incident, and is the most documented account in military history. Jim is a frequent lecturer and presenter at numerous MUFON and other related events and conferences of similar subject matter. A speaker at two National Press Club events; His first responder's account of the Rendlesham Forest Incident has been featured worldwide on numerous television and radio programs. positions in Marketing and Brand Management, later launching her company BEAM Marketing and Management, LLC. With a focus on developing go-to-market strategies and brand identity for globally positioned, emerging and corporate brands, India builds from her core desire to help entrepreneurs stand out in competitive markets. India currently represents clients in various industries, film, television, music, and sports. She also currently serves as Secretary of Board of Directors for the Chamique Holdsclaw Foundation, Inc, and is also a Northwest Regional Board Member for Operation Hope, Inc.
Michelle “Mickey Hall hails from Cape Cod Massachusetts but was born in Queens, NY. Adopted to a family from the West Indies, and the only child, Mickey grew up always surrounded by questions of not only “who she was” but also “why she was different?” While adapting to the quietness of Cape Cod from the streets of New York, she struggled every day to understand the feelings that were surfacing when she looked at other women.
It wasn't until she entered college, which she found herself surround by other women who felt the same, that she broke out of her shyness and grew into the strong, proud Lesbian she is today. Surviving unimaginable abuse at the hands of family members and even the label of the “Black Sheep” of the family to not having contact with family for over 30 years, Mickey has come full circle and has been having a wonderful time reconnecting with family members.
The Honourable Tony Ince, Member of the Legislative Assembly was first elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly for Cole Harbour-Portland Valley in 2013. Appointed Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage and Minister of African Nova Scotian Affairs. He has worked as a Department of Community Services Counsellor, and as an actor.

Before the abolishment of slavery in the United States, freed and escaped slaves in the 1700s and 1800s headed north to Canada and established a city called Africville. Our show on July 23rd will be a special show and broadcast "live" from Halifax, Nova Scotia (Africville) as part of our education tour to the birth of Africville, Nova Scotia.
Nova Scotia is considered the birthplace of modern ice hockey. On this tour, we will learn about the establishment of The Colored Hockey League by upstanding role models and an organizational talent never seen in Black sport.
We will interview various guests with ties to this rich history who will share with our listeners stories about the people how pioneered with a spirit that lives on. This broadcast will be in conjunction with the Africville Reunion, which is celebrated every July. They come to reminisce, to re-acquaint and re-establish themselves as a community. And we will celebrate with them!
