    in Spirituality

In this episode, we get together with Magdala Ramirez, Patrice Lange and special guest Dr.Danica Anderson to talk about women's trauma's, healing the trauma's, ovecoming painful memories and much more. Join us!

"I am a world traveling Forensic Psychotherapist, a perpetual student of life. A trauma expert with global experience, a clinical psychology doctoral candidate, my childhood was in a Serbian immigrant family. My mother survived concentration camps, WWII. I vowed as a young child to not say "never again," as did my parents, I knew I wanted to say "enough!", no more wars, hatreds and conflicts.

My education and life experiences are to move into evolving from catastrophic intergenerational trauma since the scarring traumatic memories are for surviving not thriving. My childhood in the North side of Chicago, I took to Serbian folk dancing (kolos) with a passion exposing me to female humanities and the social structure and symbolism of past and present South Slavic societies. Called oral memory traditions are millennium aged containing female wisdom handed down through the ages.

I spent a year in Afghanistan as a social scientist and recently for the International Criminal Court went to the Congo DRC again in August 2014 returning right at the beginning of the Ebola outbreak."
