"Patients want to be considered whole human beings in the context of their world," Dr. Weizer explains. Both doctors and patients alike are bonding with the philosophy of integrative medicine and its whole-person approach - between the patient and doctor, where the goal is to treat the mind, body, and spirit, all at the same time. Join Dr. Weizer for this incredbly interesting discussion.

Throughout history, there have been two grand questions that humanity has yet to be able to answer. The most debated, and the most impossible to answer, is the existence of God, or any sort of higher being, collective, etc. – something greater than ourselves. Something that gives us purpose and meaning. Most cultures, religions, and philosophies agree, or at least hope, that this will be answered upon our arrival into The Great Unknown – death. The other question that plagues us is one which we hope to have an answer for within our lifetimes, and move forever closer to it – are we alone in the universe? Is there other sentient life besides that on planet Earth? Logic seems to dictate the answer is yes – our universe is infinite; its possibilities endless. But for every solid argument for, there is one just as solid against. Do some of us definitively know the answer? And are they hiding it? Or shouting it from the rooftops, only to fall on the deaf ears of the skeptical?
Dr. Hildy® welcomes returning guest Veronica Hendricks to discuss aliens. For hundreds of years, since mankind first developed instruments to observe other worlds, we have wondered if they were inhabited just as ours. As our technology has grown, we have learned with near certainty that ours is the only inhabited planet in our solar system. But there are trillions of solar systems in billions of galaxies, and ours is but one... through our fictional storytelling, our beliefs – that there is other life, that we have not learned all there is to know.
