'...graduated from Revelle College with a degree in Biology, obtained a Masters Degree in Public Health Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hil and attended medical school at Wake Forest University where she received high honors in Family Practice and Internal Medicine. Her final training was obtained from Pennsylvania State University where she completed her residency in Internal Medicine. She has been board certified in Internal Medicine and in practice in San Diego since 1996.'
On the broadcast, we'll gain insights into her journey as a western trained physician into the promise, practice and perils of the range of 'integrative modalities.'
This will be a narrative from expert eyes into a growing trend and demand for western medicine to acknowledge and incorporate into best practices.
