DISCUSSING AND HOPEFULLY TAKING A CALL OR TWO, ABOUT INSENSITIVE PEOPLE AND OR PEOPLE THAT ARE MORE PRICKS AND RUDE THAN ARE FUNYY. I FIT INTO ONE OF THOSE, BUT I JUST WANTED SOME FEEDBACK ON WHAT HAPPENED TODAY AFTER I POSTED A PIC ON FACEBOOK THAT GOT PEOPLE UPSET BECAUSE OF THE SHOOTING TODAY AT A SCHOOL LEAVING OVER 25 DEAD. I'm a very direct guy, but I'm far from insensitive. I come from a time when people just told you the truth. They didn't tell you to be mean. They told you to help you.
Well, those days are long gone. We now live in a time where "there are no losers" and "you're special in your own little way" is the norm. Because of that, people are more sensitive about things. What doesn't bother you may cause someone else to lose sleep at night. Lawsuits and boycotts have forced our entire nation to walk on eggshells.
We have Freedom of Speech, but only if you watch what you say. Well, tonight, we'll discuss what direction this country needs to go to resolve this issue. Comedians are handcuffed. TV/radio talking heads are censored.
Just what exactly can we say in this country? Well, I'm bringing on a Twitter follower/chat room great to discuss it with me and the Show Legends. Brad makes his first appearance into T2Q and he has no filter. He will give us his uncensored opinion on our topics tonight.
All of this and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show!
"No experts. Just opinions."

It's a very public modern day Shakespearean tragedy where there is no winner except that opportunistic leeches called the mainstream media, who benefit from the curiosity of the masses receiving untold millions for their high advertising rates from those who need a captive audience to absorb their sales pitch while the parents of Trayvon Martin move about the earth in utter lack feeling the ultimate pain that every parent fears would one day be theirs. I oftentimes ask myself, is there really justice in a place where grown men and women who claim they believe in the credo "In God We Trust" yet say the cold hearted insensitive comments while hidden away safely in the comfort of their homes, behind the shield of a keyboard to further reveal what we as Black people have always known our bigoted neighbors and coworkers to hold secretly in their hearts about us behind the plastic smiles and labored courtesies executed that are so obviously strained in a game of "let's play pretend" while the elephant in the living room of denial lives on eating well from the dirty plate called racism. There will be a verdict and there WILL be a reaction, but as obvious as it is that George Zimmerman has a strange chance to walk, we need to rally together in a strong show of unity that will shut down this system once and for all to enforce that this will never happen again no matter WHAT the outcome!
Let's talk about it!
Business Debt forgiven: Yes We Can!
The Six Biggest Downsizing Mistakes Mistake 1) Underestimating the severity and length of an economic downturn. Mistake 2) Implementing across the board cuts. Mistake 3) Communicating too infrequently. Mistake 4) Insensitive layoff procedures. Mistake 5) Hoarding Inventory. Mistake 6) Failing to demonstrate how cost cutting hurts you more than it does your employees. Downsizing was not in the 2009-2010 year plan for most small business owners. No one predicted -or could have prepared for- what has happened to your economy. And certainly no individual small business owner can be held responsible for their company's business downturn -and any attendant need to consider 'downsizing'- in an economic situation completely outside of their control. In today's live broad cast Don will explore in detail the half dozen most common stumbling blocks to consider in any downsizing plan.
Cemia “CeCe” Acoff was murdered. She was yet another transgender woman killed then victimized again in the media, this time the Cleveland Plain Dealer, with its offensive, insensitive, trans-phobic coverage of her death. CeCe wasn’t the first and probably won’t be the last victim of trans and homophobia. Our transgender community continues to represent a higher proportion of hate violence, intimidation and discrimination. Trans women are disrespectfully, misidentified in the media following violent attacks and trans men are often invisible in conversations about hate violence. The attacks on our transgender community aren’t always by unidentified strangers in dark alleys and back streets. Discrimination takes place in the lives of transgender people every day in every area i (most recently in the news was Arizona’s Controversial 'Transgender Bathroom Bill.' Monica Roberts, the Trans Grio, and Carter Brown, director of Black Transmen, Inc. CWT4R, Ina, Michelle and Terry Boi discuss the “T” in LGBT.

You’re a woman. Are you empowered? You’re a man. Are you empowered? Liz Lewinson says neither women nor men are really empowered, because women are treated as the “weaker sex”, and yet are not (except if we use brute strength itself as the measure of power); and men are treated as insensitive, when they definitely are not born that way. Her book, Independence Ring: Rock the Female Revolution, examines the complex male/female dynamic and the cultural conditioning both men and women are subjected to, which she says has repressed our intrinsic energetic health and harmony. She claims: “If the roles roll over to where they should be – women expressing power and men expressing love and humility – the planet will become balanced and households will become balanced. The violence we see in society will diminish.” We’re really taking a look at the many ways we might be able to get ourselves to Peace this month. Join me for this energizing discussion!
The Evolution of Corporate Worship Are you weary of traditional, predictable, restricted, personality-driven, or entertainment-type worship that lacks authentic, spiritual connection? The Future of Worship: Preparing the Church for a Tsunami of Change reveals the evolution of corporate worship from the time God introduces it to Moses and Israel until the time Christ comes to fulfill and return it to its original intent. “The tsunami that is about to hit the church will wipe out everything that was insensitive to the ‘peculiar signs’ and did not move to higher ground,” writes the author, who aptly reveals what was right with worship—and what went wrong.
Rhonda A. Lee was a Meteorologist for TV. Station KTBS in Shreveport, Louisiana when she received a nasty e-mail that referred to Lee as the "black lady that does the news" and suggested that she should "wear a wig or grown some more hair." She defended herself. But instead of Management supporting Lee or even deleting the offensive Facebook post. The Shreveport, Louisiana television station KTBS fired her, saying she had violated the company's unofficial social media policy. Now, her fans are furious. Nearly 1,000 people have signed a petition at causes.com asking that KTBS-TV rehire Lee, saying she was victimized twice, once by the viewer who wrote the insensitive remarks "and again by KTBS-TV." Now she will sit down with The Truf Bros. and tell her story, you don't what to miss this one!!!
