    Managing Inflammation with Omega 3s

    How do we measure inflammation in our body? What causes it? What foods and supplements can help relieve it? These are questions we will tackle on Tuesday. 


    Ivan Rodrigous will join us to explain the ZINZINO CHALLENGE, new to America, and discuss the blood test associated with a university which developed it to measure inflammation, i.e., the ratio of omega 6's to omega 3s within our bloodstreams.


    The ideal ratio is 3:1 ....three omega 6's to one omega 3. Typically, Americans come in at 25:1 or greater, which is not surprising when we consider the numerous inflammatory diseases Americans suffer from and the over processed fast food we tend to consume at virtually every meal and snack
