On this episode of "Doc Talk", I'll be sharing with you what inflammation is, how it creates diseases in the body, such as heart disease, arthritis and diabetes. I'll also be discussing a variety of foods that will help prevent and fight inflammation in the body, as well as herbs and supplements that provide relief.

When I hear pain I always think of that singer Kimberly Palmer Washington, she did a song "The Willow Tree" and in it she explained how any time she was in any type of pain her grandfather would tell her to go sit under the Willow tree............ and before long her pain would be gone. I wonder if she knew that the number one over the counter pain relief was derived from the Willow tree.

RECIPE for Dara's "One True Thing" Green Soup
3 Cups Purified Water, a Large Bunch of Organic Kale, Organic Spinach, Bunch of Cilantro, Fresh Dill, Parsley, 2 Peeled Lemons, Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Powder for Pop, a Pinch of Himalayan Salt, Celery (Cut in Half), Nutritional Yeast, Mung Beans for Garish, and you can add Spirulina if you want for more Protein. ... and 2 Avacados at the VERY end, just before you garnish!
