Even the most casual observer of the risk and insurance industries can easily see the “fingerprints” of government on the process and results. Legislation, litigation and regulation are much of the process. The change that is the ACA is just one large example. Even the most casual observer of government can easily see the “fingerprints” of politics and grassroots on the process and hence the outcomes.
In the past two decades, Brian Feldman has lived and worked at the intersection of healthcare, grassroots and politics. As a founder of the Edison Group and now as a Senior Partner with Allison Partners – Brian will provide us with insight into the past, present, and future of the art of politics and the people and groups that determine the outcome.

If figuring out your 2015 health insurance is still on your "To Do" list, here are the three things you need to know:
It's not too late! Open Enrollment is...well, open! If you haven't applied for coverage, you still have time.
Have coverage from last year? Check to see if your current plan is still the best one for you. Many carriers have changed their pricing and you may want to choose a different plan.
Worried that health insurance is too expensive? Many people qualify for a tax credit subsidy that lowers the premium they pay each month. Example: subsidies are available for individuals with income between $11,670 and $46,680, or a family of four with income between $23,850 and $95,400.
Open Enrollment for 2015 coverage runs through February 15, 2015. During this time you can sign up for new coverage, change plans, or find out if you can get help paying for your coverage.
Business owners don’t often realize that liability insurance and entity liability protection serve two different purposes. However, both liability insurance and entity liability protection help to minimize the risk of financial losses as a result of a lawsuit. In this show Bill and Rick distinguish the two protections available to business owners and point out the conditions during which each come into play.
HURRICANE SANDY VICTIMS DENIED DISTATER RELIEF DUE TO FALSIFIED ENGINEER REPORTS FEMA IGNORED CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FOR FALSIFIED REPORTS FLOOD NSURANCE FRAUD
"the daily complaint"
Every weekday we answer client complaints on The Daily Complaint to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.
I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need. The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just piranhas but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.
We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on The Daily Complaint and I thank you for your continued support!
We hope you enjoy the Show...
