When Is Enough Truely Enough
In 2011, the most recent year for which such data is available, black females were murdered by males at a rate of 2.61 per 100,000 in single victim/single offender incidents. For white women, the rate was 0.99 per 100,000. Ninety-four percent of black women were murdered by someone they knew. And the vast majority of homicides of black females were not related to any other felony crime. Most often, they were killed in the course of an argument. In cases where the circumstances could be identified, 87 percent were not related to the commission of any other felony. Here are some common reasons about women and domestic violence:
A strong personal identificationbased on familial structure/hierarchy, patriarchal elements, and cultural identity (e.g., role as wife, mother, and homemaker)
Religious beliefs that reinforce the woman’s victimization and legitimizes the abuser’s behavior
Fear of isolation and alienation
A strong loyalty to both immediate and extended family,as well as loyalty to race and culture (the “yoke of silence”)
Guarded trust and reluctance to discuss “private matters”
Fear of rejection from family, friends, congregation, and community
Individual needs often defer to family unity and strength
Distrust of law enforcement (fear of subjecting themselves and loved ones to a criminal and civil justice system they see as sexist, and/or racially and culturally biased)
Skepticism and distrust that shelter and intervention services are not culturally or linguistically competent

But keep in mind. . . it’s called “Write on the Edge” for a reason. (aka This show is not for the faint of heart!)

Jeff now lives in Southern Michigan, where he resides with his brother, Gene. Jeff's writing credits include a variety of themes and sub-genres including male romance, Young Adult, Science Fiction, erotica, and BDSM. Why is it important in knowing "The Catholic founding fathers the Carroll family and 1776" In 1776 there were less then 1% of the colonies were Catholic. By 1850 they were the largest denomination. How did they do this? by immigration. Plymouth in Massachusetts is where the Puritans landed. Today Massachusetts is 46% catholic. Why is the southern border wide open, because Mexico is 95% catholic. Today we have 28 Jesuit Universities 50 Jesuit High Schools and 244 Catholic universities. Six out of the nine chief justices of the supreme court are catholic and not one protestant. Vice President Joe Biden is a Jesuit and Obama's mentor is Gregory Galluzzo—a 'former' Jesuit priest. "Jesuit Patrick Conroy was sworn in May 25, 2011 as House Chaplain, making him the first Society of Jesus priest to hold the position..." Now lets be honest with our self's. Why haven't I heard these facts reported, on mass media, the alternative media? Because they are gate keepers for the papacy, the Roman Catholic Church. I think this is important history, we have never heard real history presented, take some time and share this with your friends and relatives. I am selling nothing, this is just history. Remember it is deception by omission.

Dr. James Perdue Professional Motivational / Inspirational Speaker and Author of “One More Play” is my guest.
Dr. James’s website: www.JamesPerdueSpeaks.com
James was a normal 19 year old with expectation of playing professional baseball, the major leagues. He was attending Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, Tennessee on a baseball scholarship. He had the attitude of being invincible. After only being in college for two weeks and playing one college game in the fall, unexpected tragedy came a calling.
On September 11, 1983, James became a quadriplegic, dislocating three vertebras in his neck, from playing a football game. The doctor said, “James, I’m sorry. You’ll never walk again and you might be paralyzed from your neck down.” Later, the doctor advised his family to put him in a nursing home; he would be too much of a burden for them to take care.
Hear how Dr. Perdue worked hard to achieve success as a teacher and coach. He has been awarded Fox 17 Top Teacher of the Week 2005, Teacher of the Year 2002, as well as, Coach of the Year 2006 and 2000. He received the Jo Andrews Award 1995 and the Dr. Ramer Award 1991 both for overcoming adversity. Recently, he received his doctorate degree, in May 2011, from Tennessee State University. His demonstration of not giving up and striving through major challenges is apparent. Dr. Perdue knows he can help others pass through to the other side of tragedies to become triumph and become a survivor of difficulties.
What would you do if tragedy comes knocking at your door. You could run but you can’t hide. Do you have what it takes to overcome adversity? Dr. James Perdue will give you the three Ps that will encourage you to confront your troubles and learn how to succeed in life as well as in business.
