You don't know like I know what God has done for me and what he can do for us. You can't ell it I must tell it. What he has done for me in many different cases are not the same as he has done for others.According to our faith and the things we want him to do will pocess change will bring to pass the things we want and need.A quick reminder is all of this starts with faith and trust in God. We don't see any evidence up front we believe in our hearts and have patience to wait for the manifestation of the move of God.

Today on Coffee, Current Events & Politics, we're going to finish our discussion from last week about how government legsliation, policy and social codes created the troubled inner cities that seem to be social pressure cookers about to blow today. We'll talk about a few contributing factors that we missed last week, such as the New Deal in the 30s and the Federal Highway Act of 1956.
We'll also talk about riots. Specifically, we want to answer the question "Has rioting ever accomplished anything?" Because in the not-so-distant past, rioting actually DID accomplish something, and it was something very significant.
If you want to know what it was and why it's so important to today's growing social unrest, bring your mug and we'll pour you a cup of strong coffee.
Join the Elements as we discuss whether you can do anything you put you mind to or are there limitations

Universal Journeys Radio is about how:
Spirituality intersects with nearly every other aspect of our lives, even when we do not see it or realize it.
Creativity and expression are our connections to the spiritual energy many seek to understand and our identity is forged through this process. Universal Journeys seeks to help illuminate the different intersections between creativity, spirituality and identity in order to empower and enlighten.
I'm inspired to talk about this topic today because for the last few months I have been living in a way that has set me up to be very anxious and depressed right now!
But I know exactly what I was doing (and not doing) that has led me to feel this way.
It's a little more complicated for me because I've moved across the country and still feel like a foreigner in this new city.
But, no matter why you are feeling anxious or depressed, there are lifestyle tweaks you can make that help with every case of depression and anxiety.
So many of us are experiencing anxiety - anxiety over our careers, finances, relationships, health, life direction, etc.
Am I making the right choice?
Am I forgetting something?
I don't like my job.
I don't have enough money.
Should I be more like them?
Why aren't I as happy as I thought I would be?
What's wrong with me?
What should I do with my life?
Being in a state of depression, anxiety and fight-or-flight is not a great place to be on a regular basis, for your health or your happiness.
We want to spend more time with the parasympathetic nervous system, or the "feed and breed" mode.
I have ten lifestyle habits for you to choose from that you can start doing on a regular basis. They will calm you down, get you into a happy place, and help you to see your life more clearly. You don't have to do everything - just a few - and you'll start feeling better very soon.
