Who is Gail Roddy?
Gail is a hero.
Because … Once upon a time, she behaved as she was told to behave and followed others’ lead.
And … she lost herself.
“Such a costly, painful, and human blunder!”
Today, Gail smiles.
Because … the cost of turmoil and pain inspired her to start requiring the truth.
As a result… she recovered herself.
And .... that’s what makes someone … a hero.
Gail lives, works (and loves), in the Twin Cities with a smart, handsome, loving man aka her husband, Bill Roddy, a big old dog, and two curious cats.

With homophobia, sexism, and racism all still relevant factors in today’s world, we often hear those who are being “victimized” (and their supporters) requesting equality. Well, today we will discuss “Equality” in its entirety and really get into what it means to be equal. Tonight we will discuss Jason Collins, the NBA player who recently announced that he is gay, as well as Michael Jordan’s new marriage and the state/terms of equality when it comes to gay and marriage/divorce rights.
You may have seen the ads on TV or on the internet for the new "marriage equality" movement. What does this movement stand for? Has marriage been "unequal" in our society up to this point? What about the language of rights? Is marriage a "civil right"? What does that mean? How are these issues part of what was forecast in Humanae Vitae?
His Excellency, Bishop Donald Sanborn, of Most Holy Trinity Seminary, and Fr. Anthony Cekada of St. Gertrude the Great Catholic Church tackle these thorny issues and will take calls.

So in today's show they'll be talking: Marriage equality Coalition industrial relations policy. It's internet talk-back radio so ring in and vent your spleen with the team.
