How to Get Better with Psychic Readings and Answering Psychic Questions

    in Spirituality

I am going to discuss how you can get better with psychic readings whether you do them for family and friends or professionally.  There are many different ways that psychics read.  Many use tarot cards.  Other tools can be crystal balls and automatic writing.  It's a personal choice and I am not going to get into the different tools you can use. I did an episode on that previously.

I will share how you can get better at giving a psychic reading.  Even if you use tarot cards they will guide you but you need to be able to see the actual situation and future.  Some people will say they are psychic when they aren't.  However, there are many who are psychic and they aren't confident in reading.  So, I think there are more people out there who are psychic and lack confidence.

I will teach you how to better in this episode.  I am going to focus more on what comes to you.  The easiest way I find is to have a paper and pen in front of you when reading.  When you are listening to the client just relax and be open to what you receive.  Let the pen just move.  It is without thinking.  You might draw different shapes.  This is more remote viewing. More will come to you.  If you look at what is on that paper there may be something that looks like waves and this is significant.

You might draw something round and do you feel that it is warm.  This is likely the Sun and it will lead you into a deeper meaning.  Even if a relatinship question is asked. Maybe you will get a number. I will explain in detail.

If you want a detailed reading you can contact me at my email mia0899cs@gmail.com or http://www.kasamba.com/psychic/mia0899cs

I will take your psychic questions too.

    Love and Light,

    Cindy aka Mia

When Jesus Says Yes, Part II: Modest Dress in the 21st Century

    in The Bible

Does God care about how we dress?  What is androgyny? And what does it really mean to dress modestly?  This Wednesday (04/29/15) at 6:30 PM EST, AIM Worldwide Network Ministries will address these questions, and more, during the second part of our “When Jesus Says Yes” series entitled “Modest Dress in the 21st Century.”  If you missed part one of the series, you may click here to listen to it.

In a culture bent on materialism, pride, and vainglory, even the purest heart can be tainted unawares.  This show will address modesty, for both men and women, so that God’s holy people do not overlook this very important topic in these last and evil days.

IT Life Radio: Be a Better Manager

    in Technology

According to the foreword of Gary Magenta's book, The Unbossy Boss: 12 Powerful Questions to Make You A Better Manager, "good managers listen, but great managers ask questions." These are the wise words of Gary Magenta's boss, CEO of Root Inc, Jim Haudan. Magenta himself adds that "great managers think of themselves as CEOs—Chief Engagement Officers. We've got a management crisis right now, and we've also got an engagement crisis. Could the two be linked? Tune in for the next installment of IT Life Radio, Wednesday May 20th at 3PM ET to find out.

Spoiler alert: I think they are related. And I think Magenta's book shows why.

Magenta says in the opening to his book: "A dictionary defines 'manager' as 'one who handles, controls, or directs.' I've never wanted to be handled, controlled, or directed. Have you? These words are about telling people what to do…the outdated style of 'yelling and telling.'" Magenta has a different plan.

What is it? Well, I'll let him tell you. Tune in to the show to learn:

A much better way to manage people
What a real manager does to make sure he engages people and serves the strategy of the company
How to use questions to be a better manager

Gary Magenta is a Senior Vice President of Root Inc., a consulting company that helps organizations execute their strategy through people. Magenta is the author of The Un-Bossy Boss. He is a frequent speaker at client events, industry conferences, and business strategy and human resources seminars. He has been recognized with a Stevie American Business Award for Executive of the Year. Gary is a Google fanatic and an unapologetic reality show junkie.
