Increasing your value and becoming indispensible in the #workplace isn't difficult if you follow a few key principles. Don't worry... it doesn't involve working 70 hours a week either. You just have to be willing to do what most people refuse to do. Let's face it, no one is going to pluck you up from the daily grind just for showing up and doing your work. The line between those who rise up and those who don't is pretty thin. The difference between you and the next guy isn't your age, your gender, your education, or any other external thing. The difference lies within you. It's about #selfleadership and figuring how to think differently about your future and your #success.
3 reasons you need to listen to this podcast:
No one is coming along to save you
You may be untentionally limiting your #career potential
Find out one thing that employer's look for that make people stand out

Can you make enough as a part-time star to pay for Duke University?
In a 2012 interview with Business Insider, Mark Spiegler, one of the leading talent agents in the adult film industry, said that for female stars, $800 is typical for a girl-girl scene, $1,000 for guy-girl, $1,200 for anal sex and upwards of $4,000 for double penetration. If a woman were to film one heterosexual scene a day for one week every month, she would earn an annual profit of $84,000 and easily place herself in the 70th percentile for income in America.

Some people say that all relationships, marriage, and love are “Hard Work,” but the work you put in can be rewarding when it’s done right. Others say that love, relationships, and marriage would never be labeled as “Hard Work” if people actually entered into these for the long haul, meaning that you’re signing up to stick together through good times and bad times so when the bad times come you don’t complain or bail. But, how you label the “Work” you put into relationships may have more to do with the person you’re with and how compatible the two of you are when it comes to problem solving, respect, and admiration, etc. Then again, maybe part of the “Hard Work” is less about the partnership and more about resolving issues of each individual so both people can heal, i.e. finding your collective cohesiveness.
Everyone enters relationships wounded in some way and the “Hard Work” may be humbling yourself to admit to flaws and do the “Work” to tackle difficult issues and challenges, making yourself a better partner for your mate. From this perspective, the "Hard Work” you do on yourself, benefits your mate and your relationship in a deeper sense. These are just a few ideas and We Want to Hear From You about how you find your relationships, marriage, and love to be “Hard Work,” if you do find them to be “Hard Work”?
