Todays LNB Superstar is none other than "CoCo" from the Group SWV. In the '90s, the ladies of SWV—Cheryl “Coko” Clemons, Leanne “Lelee” Lyons and Tamara “Taj” George—were on top of the music world. From the streets of New York to superstardom, they had a string of top ten R&B hits including “I’m So Into You,” “Right Here,” “Downtown,” “Weak,” and “You’re Always On My Mind.” With over 15 million albums sold, a Grammy® nomination, an American Music Award nomination and 11 Billboard Music Awards nominations, SWV was unstoppable. But while they seemed to have it all, the drama behind the scenes tore the group apart. It didn’t just end, it ended badly; and in 1998 the members of SWV went their separate ways. CoCo was hip Hops First legitmate LNB sometimes sporting 6-7 inches of Black/Purple/Blue Passion on & off the stage.
This Bronx Native was Pepsi Generations Glodean White. She had the Fashion, The Swag, The Fly Nails and most of all, she was a SISTA-WITH-A-VOICE
Lastly "Meli Mel" will give us the 411 on the Association and how you can become a member.

Last week we talked about empowering HR and the hiring process, and this week we’re going to talk about empowering your world of work wherever you work.
Because we can work from anywhere today. Some of us anyway. While there are no definitive statistics, last year a CBS News poll revealed that 24% of workers telecommuted regularly for their jobs. (How many in their pajamas you ask? Probably more than you think.)
Could be more, could be less, but the reality is that many more full-time, part-time and contract workers are not only working from home, they’re successfully working from anywhere.
Whatever the remote mix, how to do it right, what to consider before you make the “workshift,” and what technologies you’ll need to perform better, all need to be addressed.
Today’s realities include: what it takes to run a meeting from a coffee shop, managing a Skype call from 35,000 feet aboard an airplane, and juggling the demands of a domestic situation while you’re working at home all day.
Join TalentCulture #TChat Show co-creators and co-hosts Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman as we learn more about how to successfully work from anywhere with this week’s guest: Simon Salt, six-year workshifting veteran, photographer, writer, speaker and author of Out of Office.

It ain't how you start but how you finish. These are words that everyone should remember to live by but they are also the words that we seem to easily forget until someone either reminds us to keep pushing on or until we witness someone that has traveled a road longer and harder than we have. That's where our guest for this show Queen of Queen's Poetic Expression's "The Complexities of Life" comes in.
Check out some of her experiences.
Growing up witnessing the abusive relationship between her parents.
Living a violent life and becoming a gang banger by joining the local Crips gang in her neighborhood as a teenager.
Becoming involved in an abusive relationship herself following in the footsteps of her parents.
Surviving several suicide attempts.
Becoming a teenage mom through all of this and being faced with raising several children as a single mom.
Wanna know how it all turns out? How would you think it would? No way she could win or more or less even be in the game after all this right?
Queen is currently working on an autobiography but has already finished 2 self published books of poetry and on top of that she spits that spoken word very well? Wanna hear some of it? Check out her YouTube channel Queens Poetic Expressions and see what it's hittin' for. I think you'll be impressed and ready to hear more about what has inspired her to do what she does.
You'll notice that she's still here and still going strong because It Ain't How You Start, It's.........
