NWP Welcomes David Wertheimer. Mr. Wertheirmer oversees the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on family homelessness. David is also the board chair for @funderstogether and he joins us today on behalf of the Gates Foundation to discuss this issue and what we can do to make a difference. http://www.gatesfoundation.org
Our friend and co-trustee Warren Buffett once gave us some great advice about philanthropy: “Don’t just go for safe projects,” he said. “Take on the really tough problems.”
We couldn’t agree more. Our foundation is teaming up with partners around the world to take on some tough challenges: extreme poverty and poor health in developing countries, and the failures of America’s education system. We focus on only a few issues because we think that’s the best way to have great impact, and we focus on these issues in particular because we think they are the biggest barriers that prevent people from making the most of their lives.
We’re both optimists. We believe by doing these things—focusing on a few big goals and working with our partners on innovative solutions—we can help every person get the chance to live a healthy, productive life.

Join Smokie Whitewolf Steiner and Jim Graywolf for the Ciracle Radio show this Wednesday, 6/11/14 at 1 PM MST, noon PST, 3 PM EST, 8 PM London and 10 PM Israel time for a special show on soul families. You have heard all of the Ciracle Radio hosts speaking about the new relation-shifts we are all challenged with. Now Smokie and Jim will speak about how circles of soul mates are connecting as soul families.
Soul mate circles are forming in this time of creating the New Earth. People connected closely who are meant to do some spiritual work together towards the change. Now we are watching these circles begin to unite for still more spiritual work.
We will address these connections and use Manitou Healing Circle and Sanctuaries of the Earth Mother as an example. Each is strongly connected to one of these. And now each of them to both circles. They will also speak of a physical event coming this fall, which will be offered for worldwide participation so the virtual and physical can be combined. Bring questions and comments as always - our listeners ARE the shows.
All the Ciracle Radio shows are now grouped around the changes in manifesting the New Earth - relationships, teaching of the elders, spirit guides and working with the Earth Mother and Earth’s creatures. Together we grow. Be a part.

Join Cynthia in this discussion with Gia Combs Ramirez who has been studying the “how to” of healing and manifesting for over 25 years. Her journey began on a ranch in Montana where she learned to read energy from the horses that she rode every day. She grew frustrated with the humans around her who seemed to ignore this connection that was right in front of their faces. When she lost her own "connection" she began studying how to regain it and the sense of joy that came with it.
Her journey led her to dicovering a new energy system on the planet that became activated on Dec 21, 2012. She offers classes and individual sessions that work with this new energy system. She is the author of Transformation: The Emergence of the Crystalline System and the founder of Crystalline Consciousness Technique™.
Gia’s latest class that launches this summer is called Crystalline Families for kids, parents and animal companions. Up until now, gia’s classes have focused on individuals. This new class is focusing on group energy and will improve communication, energetic interactions, and the health of the group overall.
Military families lead a very different life than civilian families do. Military families come from all walks of life and, when their children are diagnosed with heart defects, the challenges can vary according to location, branch of service, and of course separations that come at the most unexpected times. Despite these challenges, military families try their best to find ways to balance all aspects of their lives with a positive attitude. When a child is born to a military family and that child has birth defects, the one thing most families want is comfort -- and oftentimes comfort is found in what is familiar but many of our military families are not afforded that luxury. How do military families deal with having a child with a heart defect? What special challenges do they face? Who can help them through the difficulties associated with having a child who needs surgery in the first days or months of a baby's life and will require lifelong care?
