    Heart centered Loving- learning to love yourself!

    In order to have a happy life you must love yourself first! Mom and dad didn't know how to love themselves,therefore  they couldn't teach you how to love your self. Now it is your job to teach yourself how to love yourself just the way you are. Self-love includes self compassion, self forgiveness, self acceptance, self nurturing, expressing yourself, doing what you love, believing in yourself, saying no etc.. Self-love does not include criticizing yourself, judging yourself, trying to be perfect, not being yourself, saying bad things about yourself, etc. Some actions that you can take to love yourself are: treating yourself like you treat your best friend, keeping a journal, practicing receiving love, learning to say no, and practicing random acts of kindness. Give yourself the greatest gift that you could ever give to yourself by listening to this show and promising yourself that you will take action to love yourself more!

But who are the white martians, and why do they cause Hank Henshaw such grief?  For the first time in live action, we have seen the horrific eradication of the green martians!  Is there an on-the-nose illegal immigration message throughout this episode? You bet! But as heavy handed as that is, Harewood's Henshaw gives us the chills when he tells us that he will hear his family's screams until the day he dies.  If your qualm with Supergirl thus far has been that the show was less than harrowing, this may be the episode for you!
