October 22: SF Giants WS.... Pac-12 Callouts.... Clippers/Lakers Picks.... & much more. A huge show in a litte 30-minute slot
The World Series is underway, and either the Giants or Royals will take home the most fragile-looking trophy in sports. We talk to Bill Hanstock about why the Giants are America's unloved cousin and Minda Haas about how the upper limit for playoff ticket prices in Kansas City does not exist. There's also dessert chatter, mayoral trivia, and a very Florida story.
Join us as Tanner and I review the weekend in college football. Florida State and Notre Dame had a game for the ages, Michigan State and Ohio State look as though they've distanced themselves from the rest of the Big Ten, Oregon still looks like the class of the Pac-12, the SEC West is absolutely dominating the polls, the Big 12 looks like anybody's league and Marshall, my dark horse, continues to set NCAA records as they search for some sort of respect.

The World Series is the annual championship series of North American-based (MLB), played since 1903 between the (AL) champion team and the (NL) champion. Prior to 1969, the team with the best win-loss record in each league automatically advanced to the World Series; since then each league has conducted a championship series (ALCS and NLS) held shortly before the World Series to determine which teams will advance. 109 Series have been contested, with the AL winning 63 and the NL winning 46. The winner of the World Series championship is determined through a best-of-seven playoff and the winning team is awarded the Commissioner's Trophy. As the series is played in October, which is one of the fall months in North America, it is often referred to as the Fall Classic.
Is Ole Miss the most surprising team in College Football or should they be exactly where they are? Has Jameis Winston lost his chance at the Heisman Trophy? Are the Mississippi State Bulldogs the real deal? Has Kobe Bryant really fallen to the 40th best player in the NBA? The good guys at FSP answer these questions, special guest Jalen Ramsey will join us for halftime and much more on this week's episode of Full Sport Press.

Rattle and Hum Sports Southeastern Conference Show Week 8
Hosted by Bryan Houston and Ces Guerra
RattleandHumSports.com host Bryan Houston is joined by author of “Gumbo for a Tiger Soul” Ces Guerra to look back at week seven and ahead to week eight in SEC football action.
Mississippi State and Ole Miss continued flawless play to move to the top of the SEC West and the national polls.
The Bulldogs thumped the Auburn Tigers 38-23 while Dak Prescott builds Heisman Trophy momentum.
Ole Miss gave the Texas A&M Aggies more than the 12th Man could stomach, chasing the affectionately called two per centers to the house early.
Nick Saban is not happy with his Alabama Crimson Tide being criticized for hanging on to a one-point victory over the tough luck Arkansas Razorbacks. LSU kicked a late field goal to win a close one at Florida. The Georgia Bulldogs whipped Missouri proving they can play without Todd Gurley, while Tennessee and Kentucky beat up on inferior non-conference opponents. Vandy anyone...
This week in the SEC West, Miss. State will be watching as Ole Miss hosts Tennessee. Alabama and Texas A&M will match frustrations in Tuscaloosa. The LSU Tigers host Kentucky and Arkansas welcomes the Georgia Bulldogs to Little Rock.
The big game in the SEC East has the Missouri Tigers at the Florida Gators while the South Carolina Gamecocks will attempt to get well hosting Furman.
Join Bryan and Ces LIVE at 8:30 AM CDT to discuss all this and more!!!
