Her physics research included stints at the Naval Research Laboratory in DC, Brookhaven National Laboratory, UC Berkeley, and Ames Laboratory – but now she works in the software industry which has much less radiation. THE DAILY COMPLAINT (CHASE/MORTGAGE/ESCROW SHORTAGE/SUSPENSE ACCOUNT/RIGHTS/HUD)

    in Finance

    TODAY'S SPOTLIGHT:

CHASE MORTGAGE FABRICATING ESCROW SHORTAGE CASH SUSPENSE ACCOUNT FORECLOSURE THREATS HUD RESPA ESCROW RULES CFPB FTC CONSUMER RIGHTS MORTGAGE SERVICING RULES

    "the daily complaint"

Every weekday we answer client complaints on The Daily Complaint to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.

I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need.  The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just piranhas but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.

We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on The Daily Complaint and I thank you for your continued support!

We hope you enjoy the Show...

Conversations with Trent - "The Chase"

    in Relationships

The problem with most men is they think that in order to make sure she doesn't get away, they must constantly give her attention. Wrong!

The reason that most women get bored in a relationship, or turned off by a new "friend", is that they get too much attention at once.

Let's be honest ladies. Some women inherently are attracted to assholes.

News flash fellas. They’re not playing hard to get. They’re playing hard-to-talk to because you’re playing hard-to-get rid of.

Join us tonight at 8pm (CST) / 9pm (EST) as we discuss "The Chase"

Lost Arts Radio Show #34 - Special Guests Heather Scott and Richard Mack

    in Health

Heather Scott (www.repheatherscott.com), along with Bonner County Sheriff Daryl Wheeler and Washington State representative Matt Shea, came to the attention of Lost Arts radio recently when they stood up against the harassment of a man in her district by Veterans Administration agents who wanted to strip this citizen of his unalienable 2nd Amendment rights because he had suffered a stroke. This is part of the creeping infringement of 2nd Amendment rights by a government that wants to use any excuse possible to disarm American citizens, a step which historically always precedes much more serious tyranny and government crimes against the people. We get a chance on this week's show to find out first hand from Representative Heather Scott what it is really like when honest and courageous people get into government for the right reasons, and what it's really like on the inside.

On this show we also get a rare chance to speak with Sheriff Richard Mack (www.cspoa.org), on how he went from the beginning of his career in law enforcement, to a clear understanding of what needs to change in how that profession serves the people and honors its oath to the U.S. Constitution. Sheriff Mack shares with us how he came to start the great organization called the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (see all their videos on YouTube), and the inspirational work being done by CSPOA members all over America. All of us are needed to support this great effort at turning America back to an actual land of freedom and honor. If you haven't had the privilege of hearing Sheriff Mack talk yet, you are in for a treat with this show. If you have heard him, you know how inspirational his historical commentary and his insights can be on the real function of law enforcement (listen to what he says regarding "stupid laws"), so you know what a great show this is going to be.
