Loving someone who is ill can be very challenging to any relationship. Do we human beings understand the vital role of bonding with another? What if your loved one loses both breasts? What if your love one becomes mentally ill suffering with bi-pola disorder, or worst schizophrenia or alzheimer? What happens to love when your beloved has a STD? How devoted are you when your sex life comes to a dead halt? Do you wait for things to get better or just leave for a better situation. What if things aren't going to get any better? What if you are the one who is ill, do you release your love one to go on with their lives and find another partner? EHealthandFitness.biz is an easy way for one to stay on track with their fitness routine, including eating healthier. In most cases, 85-90% of us are not there yet.
Meaning; we are not where we would want to be physically, the same goes for eating right. The majority of us eat the traditional menu's we were raised upon while growing up. Some of us venture outside of pandora's box and try New things, such as non-traditional foods.
When it comes down to exercising or following through with our workout schedule...most of us Fail due to never following through with the workout in the first place.
This is when we come in...we help to keep you Motivated by reminding you of when you previously setup a routine. Sometimes throughout your busy work schedules, our daily lives and/or things-to-do, including the unexpected situations prevent us from following through with our fitness routines.
Other times, we are in such a rush and on the go with hectic schedules...we simply believe that there is no way out and chose to eat at a fast food restaurant. If you can help it...try and make it home to fix a quick fruit snack or salad to hold you over till dinner or supper's done.
Bottom line is...you do have a chose in the matter. You are what you eat, and what you put in your body certainly will determine whether your digestive system works properly, whether or not you have energy in the morning, whether or not you can complete your next workout...let alone make it up the stairs or even make it to the bathroom in time. In most cases, we are not looking at such extremes anytime soon in our lives.
This show is not about the short term, our show is about what happens after you constantly put off your workout routines and you constantly eat fatty foods, processed foods without a care in the world. The end results is an endless.
