In order to get a career and not just a mediocre job it’s pertinent to go to school after high school and recieve a degree.
So tune in tonight to hear our perspective on the importance of employment and education in todays society.

Bill and Rick discuss some of the basic concerns surrounding the Employer-Employee relationship, such as Hiring and Terminating Employees; Benefits and Compensation issues; Disability and Workplace Safety; and Discrimination and Harassment in the workplace. Many problems between employers and employees arise simply from a lack of some of the basic principles that both State and Federal law require. Knowledge about the direction you need to take surrounding these issues can either spark or deflate the potential for costly litigation.

Give these 300 corporation CEOs opportunities to put their words into actions. They met with the President early 2014 and agreed to do their part in getting long term unemployed job seekers back to work. The stock markets are doing the best ever. I take that as them receiving blessings for their participating in helping the country. Afterall, there are more than 25 million companies in America. Only around 300 employers expressed the public desire to help the job seekers, the consumers they depend on. Go to these companies, preferrably as a walk-in and ask for work. Carry with you a resume, master application, business card, and a pleasant card. And tell them the president sent you. I would say good luck, but instead, I'll just say be prepared!

This according to The Grio.com, is this true? Let's look at the state of Black Women. The saying was, "Kill the men and Save the women," but not in this new age, its kill the woman too? Why? We have the bootylicious songs and glorious, rich-looking videos and the world appears to love the Nicky Minja's and Beyonce's of America. Did we get it right or wrong with Ray Rice and his wife?
So what's really going on?
