Debunking the Apostle - Bishop Phenomenon: Who's Really Leading Your Church?

    in Christianity

Have you noticed that each generation tries to make one spiritual gift more important than the other? Twenty years ago, everyone wanted to be an evangelist. Ten years ago, prophecy seemed to be the most important gift. Churches were rushing to invite "prophets" to give a word to their congregations. What are the hot gifts these days? Claiming to be an apostle or a bishop.  It seems as if prestige and adulation are more sought after than fulfilling the Great Commission. Why are there so many people in the body of Christ seeking titles? What does the Bible actually say about this? Join us live as we discuss.

Blacks and Tax: Black Lives Matter Movement and the FairTax Phenomenon

    in Politics Conservative

The Black Lives Matter movement, like Occupy Wall Street in recent years, seems to be here to stay for a while. Its activists are now targeting presidential candidates' events and interrupting with questions to which they are demanding answers. Is this productive, and how should candidates respond? What about the all-important issue of taxes? With cries to "abolish the IRS," could the FairTax actually be the vehicle through which the U.S. does just that? Join us and our guests, Babette Holder-Youngberg and John McMillen, as we discuss these and other hot topics.

Babette is one of the co-founders of The Last Civil Right, a group of Christian conservative women who are political commentators and advocates for the principles of limited government, individual freedom, and a strong free market.

John, who describes himself as a typical "common man" citizen, has had a career in marketing and sales, as well as self-employment. He began his political activism in the early 1980s, and is currently the Missouri State FairTax director. He is also a co-founder of the Sikeston Tea Party, which he helped establish for the purpose of spreading the FairTax message.

    in Hip Hop Music

My name is Trent-Dupri an upcoming artist out of Pacoima, Ca. As far as I can remember music has been my objective. At the tender age of 4 I was listening 2 artist such as 2pac. N.W.A and Snoop Dogg from the west coast which I’m a native of, and a couple from the east like Big'l ,Jay-z, n Nas just to name a few others. I first started putting words together when I was about 10. From there I went on to Junior high and High school doing rap battles a lil bit more. And then I started to see my potential to grow an decided to turn it into art such as the artist I listen to. Know a little history about my family I have 3 other siblings a brother and two sisters and both parents but they are divorced. Since then I been doing things on my own started recording my first works in 8th grade. And went onto record a numbers of covers and solo and collabo tracks with a couple of partners at the time. Later we branched off and started to do our own thing. Produce by Smoke Bomb Entertainment.
