When I give my public presentations,I often talk about change. I talk about how easy it is to change, we can do it in an instant. But, what is hard is staying changed that is the challenge.
Will power is limited. Test have shown that we can something different by using our Will Power. But even this has it limits. Studies have shown that by exerting our Will Power, eventually we become exhausted, and will revert back to the very habit we are trying to Will our way out of.
On tonights show, I will discuss this issue of limited will power, and how true and lasting change can manifest in our lives.
