Macrocosm and microcosm is an ancient Greek Neo-Platonic schema of seeing the same patterns reproduced in all levels of the cosmos, from the largest scale (macrocosm or universe-level) all the way down to the smallest scale (microcosm or sub-sub-atomic or even metaphysical-level). A microcosm a community, place, or situation regarded as encapsulating in miniature the characteristic qualities or features of something much larger. Perhaps, the pattern of an electron rotating around a nucleus is similiar to the pattern of a planet rotating around a star. Fractals can be found in trees. The branches of a tree grow with a repeating kind of pattern. A fractal is a natural phenomenon or a mathematical set that exhibits a repeating pattern that displays at every scale. Scientists use their understanding of fractals to determine the amount of carbon dioxide a tree might be able to take in by looking at one of its leaves. A forest is said to have a structure just as an individual branches on a single tree have a structure. The relative number of large and small trees matches the relative number of large and small branches on a tree. A single tree in a forest can be used to determine how much carbon dioxide a forest might intake.
VIBRATIONAL PATTERNS are simply thoughts or frequencies that are held in place.

To create what you want in your life, (WHAT GOD WANTS IN YOUR LIFE) you must shift your vibrational pattern such that you’re emitting a signal that’s vibrationally compatible with your God given destiny.
You can identify that new vibration by vividly visualizing your goals until you feel different emotions, and those emotions stabilize at a certain point. Notice how your vibrational inner being feels, not just emotionally but energetically. Then return to your old state, and notice the vibrational difference between the two states. Compare and contrast the old vibration with the new one.
Relationship abuse is a pattern of control exerted by one partner over another using coercive, threatening, and/or violent strategies. Control is often kept in place by isolating the victim, promoting fear, and narrowing options. Abuse is different than BDSM in that only one person determines what will happen, no consent is asked for or given, and the person being abused cannot stop what the abuser is doing.
There are many forms of abuse and control that can happen in relationships. It can include stalking, threats, intimidation, and physical violence. Often things start out at a much lower level, making an abuser hard to recognize. Early warning signs include possessiveness, jealousy, frequent mood swings, and anti-social behavior. Abuse usually escalates in frequency and severity over time. The best way to combat relationship violence is to become educated about it.
For decades, debate has raged over whether fibromyalgia (FM) is a real medical disease. Dr. Bruce Gillis talks about research at the University of Illinois at Chicago that shows what's happening with the immune system in FM. Measurable biomarkers from this landmark study resulted in the first clinical test for fibromyalgia (Fm/a Test). Dr. Gillis is a family practice physician whose company (EpicGenetics) is central to the fulfillment of the laboratory work necessary to unequivocally diagnose FM. The study conclusion showed that cytokine responses to mitogenic activators or PBMC isolated from patients with FM were significantly lower than those of healthy individuals, implying that cell-mediated immunity is impaired in FM patients. This novel cytokine assay revealed unique and valuable immunologic traits, which, when combined with clinical patterns, can offer a diagnostic methodology.
This scientific test offers the possibility for people who suspect they have fibromyalgia but have never been diagnosed to have a way to find out if their symptoms are actually fibromyalgia. Dr. Gillis discusses the study, how it was done, as well as a follow-up study that was presented at the 2013 American College of Rheumatology meeting. This ground breaking research is poised to change the way fibromyalgia is viewed by the medical community and help to bring closure to skepticism experienced by people with fibromyalgia. Are you sabotaging yourself?
Do you have a habit of doing things that you know are not good for you? Do you eat junk when you are stressed? Do you shop although your credit cards are already overextended? Many of us live inside boundaries of our own making. We ignore our wants, needs, and expectations because we are taking care of the wants, needs, and expectations of others. Then we feel put upon or used. We are trying to do what is right or healthy or admirable rather than what we really want to do. Sometimes it works. Most times it doesn’t, because it’s not our real desire.
