Rhythmic Gymnasticsis one of the most beautiful and precise Olympic Sports. It is a combination of the dynamics and flexibility of gymnastics, the technical knowledge of ballet, and the self-expression and rhythm of modern dance. Unmatched for its elegant, expressive, precise and graceful movements, Rhythmic Gymnastics is choreographed to music and accompanied by colourful hoops, balls, ropes, ribbons, and clubs.

We have a fun compilation of clips Phoenix and I recorded for the program.
We open up with a little riffing on thanks and giving.
We have the TRIGGER WARNING that will be played every episode.
From there we have an episode with fresh baked Gender Rolls, some cognitive dissonance, sexism and melanin based objectification.
Phoenix is a fantastic nice and young person and a very inspiring altruist in the democracy of ideas. I really appreciate the contributions that this wonderful individual has selflessly provided for the Wine Cellar.
Friday, July 18th I will be 'chatting' with St. Louis entrepreneur P. Katrena Bragg about her home based business, My It Works Body Wraps. If you're looking to lose that extra weight , this is a show you want to listen to! The phone lines will be open from 10:30-11PM CST @ 424-675-8262 so you can ask questions or make a comment!
About the product:
I recently had the chance to review the It Works! Ultimate Body Applicator. After all the buzz I have heard, I was interested to see if it was all hype. Now if you are hoping for some before and afters, I am sorry you are out of luck. After 3 kids the only way I am getting half naked in front of a camera is if you have a margarita water fountain. But I will share with you my personal thoughts. And if you want to see the reults, well bring me a few margaritas.
I received the Ultimate Body Applicator pack with 4 one time use wraps. The wrap is set up for you to choose from multiple areas to firm and tighten. It comes in a sealed pouch and when you open it one side is covered with the special formula. The product itself has a nice herbal smell to it, I found it very refreshing. I chose to work on my stomach and I applied it threw my shirt on and went back to work. Once I applied the wrap I found the product kept it in place pretty well. Granted I work from a home office, so if you are a gymnastics coach maybe you do it in the evening.
After 45 minutes I removed the wrap and rubbed the remaining product into my skin. My skin felt good but I didn’t see any huge changes. I followed with another wrap every 72 hours per the instructions and by wrap three I could definitely see a difference. My skin of my stomach felt much firmer and smoother and it really started to diminish the appearance of my stretch marks. By the time the fourth and final wrap was done I was really happy with the results. My skin on my stomach felt much tighter, no more Santa laugh belly here.
On this week's SOTT Talk Radio we'll be casting an eye on the latest scandals, manipulations and outright lies that have been directed at you, the general public.
Your hosts will be taking a closer look at the latest developments in the never-ending 'war on terror' and the origins of the latest 'Islamic terror' bogeymen - ISIS. We'll also delve (figuratively of course) into a new twist on the 'knicker bomber': the 'intrarectal terrorist bomb threat' that has appeared, on cue, for summer holiday season and is promising to make airport transitions as invasive (literally) as possible for millions of holiday-makers (the paedophilic elite can barely contain their glee!).
We'll also be looking at the latest "global warming" data, and analysing the spectacular mental gymnastics that 'climate scientists' have been engaging in to explain the inexplicable. Speaking of the 'weather', we'll be brining you the details on the recent record-breaking flooding on every continent; 'haildrifts' up to 3 feet high being ploughed off streets in Tokyo, Spain, Istanbul and Mexico; and tornadoes touching down in the very unlikely locales of Norway, Sweden, Greece and Algeria.
From the stark increase in African immigrants risking horrific conditions (and their lives) on 'salvation seeking' boat rides to Italy that heralds an 'immigration crisis' for Europe, to the ongoing pedophilia in 'high places' scandal in the UK, the latest on the situation in Ukraine and the hard data linking fracking to earthquakes in the USA, we'll be discussing it all, and probably much more, on this week's Sott Talk Radio show! Join us live this Sunday July 6th 2014, from 2-4pm EST (11am-1pm PST, 8-10pm CET)
Episode 157 “Edvin Is the New Boy – Part 2″ A confusion leads to training for parallel parking using gymnastics equipment. World Cup indifference leads to plans to spice up sporting events (hint: paintball guns, tazers and ice are involved). Inspired by absurd PDA in the subway, Marc and John trade “21 Rapid Fire Things That Annoy Me” and a round of the Hollywood-themed improv game “Recycled Movie Pitch” features eight-legged tap-dancing and an alcoholic-fueled inferno. Elsie stops by with an unexpected spicy new sweet treat for End of Show Food. Plus Part 2 of an interview with entertainer Edvin Ortega on dodging bullets, an impromptu dance-off with his idol John Travolta, working on “Orange is the New Black”, taking on comedy with the Devil, and boy bands galore!

Fencing is the activity of fighting with blades. The most common version of fencing today, also called olympic fencing or competitive fencing, is divided into three weapon categories: foil, sabre and épée. Classical fencing uses the same three weapons, but approaches fencing as a martial art.
Competitive fencing is one of five activities which has been featured at every one of the modern Olympic Games, the other four being Athletics, Cycling,Swimming, and Gymnastics.
