Here is an interesting and maybe even creepy thought… did you know that your body is predominantly made of foreign microorganisms by a ratio of 100 to 1?!?!?! Let me translate - you are 99% not you! But these microorganisms that share our body space are literally essential to your very survival and should be considered your best friends! You simply MUST take very good care of them!
Unfortunately, in this day and age where stress, toxins, the unbridled use of antibiotics and the lack of consuming traditional cultured foods, we are harming them far more than we are helping them... help us.
In this episode, Dr. Budweiser, founder of Weiser Living will talk about these microscopic creatures and how their survival is intrinsically linked to yours!
The points he will cover are as follows:
What Is Your Microbiome?
The Importance Of Gut Health
Good Bacteria vs Bad Bacteria Ratio
What Kills Your Intestinal Flora?
How It Affects Your Immune System
How To Restore Your Gut Flora
Fermented & Cultured Foods
High Quality Probiotic Supplements - Why Take Them & What To Look For
A Healthy Gut = Longevity
So be sure to stay tuned for a 30 minute microbial buffet of information!

Impostor syndrome is the feeling that you’re a fraud—that you’re somehow less qualified, less deserving of success. There is the fear that you’ll be “found out," which may lead you to attempt to work longer and harder than others. This can be a source of resentment, exhaustion, and a sense of impending doom. While Impostor Syndrome is not solely the domain of alcoholics, many of us report deep attachments to perfectionism and, it's cousin, Impostor Syndrome. Many of us drank over our feelings of resentment and fear arising from the core belief that we were frauds. Now that we are sober, we can bring these fears into the light of truth. When we think, "I'm a fraud," instead of drinking, we ask, "Is that true?" We connect with our recovery communities and see the truth of our own self-worth reflected back at us in the faces of our sober friends. We learn to discard these old patterns of thinking and replace them with healthier, more balanced ones. In recovery, we find freedom from the tyranny of Impostor Syndrome.

His psychological work is based upon a study of how human beings prosper – Positive Psychology. Its goal is to identify and enhance the human strengths and virtues that make life worth living and allow individuals to thrive
Positive Psychology allows you to recognise who you truly are in a life where inspiration, openness, and creativity are everyday experiences. It also provides you with important tools to better understand and engage with your meaning in life.
Awareness allows you to walk this path of self-realisation, growth, and positive change. As you become more aware you discover the ability, the inner-space, and the time to stop automatic, conditioned reactions. Your addictions to certain behaviours slowly disappear.
